A Meta-analysis Of The Clinical Effects Of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction Alone Or In Combination In The Treatment Of Chronic Gastritis

Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction alone or in combination in the treatment of chronic gastritis,and provide evidence-based evidence for future clinical work.Method:Relevant searches were carried out according to this topic,and reasona-ble inclusion and exclusion criteria were formulated.The computer network and paper books were used to comprehensively search CNKI,VIP,Wanfang database,CBM and Pubmed database,etc.From the establishment of the database to October 2020,the search time range is all randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction used alone or in combination in the treatment of chronic gastritis,strictly screened the studies that meet the requirements,extracted basic information and research data,and evaluated the Include the quality of the literature and systematically analyze the relev-ant data.The outcome indicators of the included study were meta-analyzed by Revman5.4 software,and then conclusions were drawn.Result:A total of 11 randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were included,including 914 subjects.Meta-analysis results show that:Shengyang Yiwei Decoction has comprehensive efficacy in treating chronic gastritis[OR=1.30,95%CI(1.22,1.39),I~2=15%,P<0.00001],pathological score[MD=-0.53,95%CI(-1.05,-0.00),I~2=93%,P=0.05],syndrome score[MD=-1.01,95%CI(-1.31,-0.71),I~2=4%,P<0.00001],etc.Both are better than conventional western medicine;meanwhile,TCM syndromes are significantly improved,including stomach pain[MD=-0.41,95%CI(-0.48,-0.35),I~2=0%,P<0.00001],stomachdistension[[MD=-1.39,I~2=94%,95%CI=[-2.11,-0.49],P<0.00001]],anorexia[MD=-0.82,95%CI(-1.38,-0.26),I~2=94%,P=0.004],Nausea and vomiting[MD=-0.50,95%CI(-0.54,-0.46),I~2=0%,P<0.00001],loose stools[MD=-0.47,95%CI(-0.87,-0.07),I~2=81%,P=0.02];and HP conversion rate[MD=2.20,95%CI(0.99,4.87),I~2=0%,P=0.05];adverse events[OR=0.35,95%CI(0.19,0.67),I~2=0%,P=0.001].Conclusion:1.Shengyang Yiwei Decoction and its additions and subtractions alone or in combination with western medicine can significantly improve the comprehensive curative effect of patients with chronic gastritis.2.Shengyang Yiwei Decoction and its additions and subtractions alone or in combination with Western medicine can increase the pathological score improvement rate and HP conversion rate,and at the same time improve the TCM syndrome score and stomach pain,bloating,anorexia,nausea and vomiting,and loose stools.3.Compared with the control group,the Shengyang Yiwei Decoction group is safer.
