Object:The research objects of this paper are as follows:hypertension patients, the application of carotid artery intima-media thickness(IMT), carotid femoral pulse wave velocity(c-fPWV) evaluates tongxinluo capsule reversal hypertension (phlegm and blood stasis syndrome mutual) big vascular remodeling the clinical curative effect of observation.Methods:60patients with hypertension disease level2(phlegm and blood stasis syndrome mutual) are divided into the treatment group (n=30) and the control group (n=30). Patients in the treatment group should be given the standard antihypertensive therapy and the tongxinluo capsule. Patients in the control group are given only the standard antihypertensive therapy. After six months, compare the carotid artery intima-media thickness (IMT) and carotid femoral pulse wave velocity (c-fPWV) before the treatment with them after the treatment. Finally summarize the curative effect.Results:1. The effect by comparison of the intima-media thickness (IMT) before and after medication in the two groups is:after treatment, carotid endarterectomy thickness (IMT) of the two groups has dropped as compared before taking the medicine, and the treatment group better than the control group (p<0.05). There is statistics difference;2. The effect by comparison of the femoral pulse wave velocity(c-fPWV) before and after medication in the two groups:neck shares move in wave transmission speed (c-fPWV) of the two groups after treatment has dropped as compared before taking the medicine, and the treatment group better than in control group (p<0.05). There is statistics difference;3. The comparison between the treatment group patients before and after taking safety index: treatment group safety index before and after treatment in paticnts with no obvious changes (p>0.05). No statistical difference.Conclusion:tongxinluo capsule can obviously improve the inverse phlegm and blood stasis type high blood pressure patients mutual and carotid endarterectomy thickness and neck stocks move in wave transmission speed, the reversal of phlegm and blood stasis and hypertension patients. Each type big vascular remodeling has obvious curative effect. And tongxinluo capsule has good efficacy and safety for the patients generally well tolerated.
