Study On The Coping Strategies Of Local Governments In Group Incidents Of Vaccine Safety In G County,Jiangsu Province

Because it involves public disease prevention and public health safety,but also it reflects social and economic problems.The safety of medical vaccine is due to the characteristics of wide range of influence and deep influence.It is not just a single medical safety issue.The apparent drug safety reflects the social and economic problems behind this problem.At present,judging from the objective situation of vaccine safety in China.It still faces a relatively severe situation.In recent years,under the objective background that domestic vaccine safety incidents occur frequently and vaccine safety problems are exposed more obviously.When the interests of the public are infringed upon,they usually try to find a way to vent their discontent.The frequent occurrence of mass incidents related to vaccine safety is a serious problem that our government regulatory departments must face and solve in recent years.With the trend of social development and the evolution of domestic economic form,group events also show some new characteristics today.It brings different obstacles and challenges to the management and restriction of group behavior.With the development of Internet industry and network basic technology,the new characteristics of group events have begun to give rise to a series of new social problems.Because of the lack of experience in dealing with similar incidents,the local government in China,an effective scientific management mechanism has not yet been established.Therefore,it is easy to deal with group incidents improperly and react unreasonably.Furthermore,it has all kinds of negative effects on social stability,the safety of people’s personal and property and the stable operation of economy and cause irreparable damage.In response to the group incident of vaccine safety,this paper adopts the methods of literature research,investigation and research,case analysis and so on.This paper carry on the research from six aspects: First,it analyzes the current situation of the research on group events at home and abroad;The second is to explain the relevant concepts and theories involved in group events;Third,taking the vaccine safety incident in G County of Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper makes a case analysis of the local government’s response to group incidents;The fourth is to Analysis of the problems existing in local governments in dealing with mass incidents of vaccine safety and the reasons for their ineffective response;The fifth is to study the response of local governments at home and abroad to mass incidents;Finally,some feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspect of improving the local government’s ability to prevent the occurrence of vaccine safety group incidents,strengthening the local government’s ability to respond to group events,improving the local government’s ability to recover and rebuild the group events,and perfecting the guarantee mechanism for local governments to deal with group incidents.
