Objective: By studying the clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancers with different molecular subtypes, the possible factors influencing the forecast of breast cancer patients are analyzed,in this manner giving direction suggestions in anticipating the forecast of patients as well as within the restorative approaches. Methods: A add up to of 502 breast cancer patients who experienced surgical treatment at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2016 to December 2019 were chosen as the investigate objects, and the clinicopathological characteristics of each patient were clarified, and the survival status of patients were taken after up until January 2021,and all patients experienced corresponding clinical treatments. The prognostic components of breast cancer were analyzed by differentiating the contrasts within the 3-year DFS of different molecular subtypes breast cancers.Rusults: Among 502 patients,Lumina A accounted for 27.09%,Luminal B accounted for 43.43%,HER-2 overexpression accounted for 12.95%,TNBC accounted for 16.53%.There were measurably noteworthy contrasts in Ki67 expression, age, tumor diameter, axillary lymph hub metastasis, tumor pathological grade and TNM status of different molecular types of breast cancer(P<0.05).There was no factual distinction in P53 and pathological classification(P>0.05).The 3-years DFS of luminal A(93%)and luminal B(92.7%)were significantly higher than those of HER-2 overexpression(83.5%)and TNBC(77.7%).The 3-years DFS of different molecular types were significantly different(P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed that lymph node, tumor size,ER and PR were the related factors of 3-years DFS.In Cox regression analysis, lymph hub metastasis was an independent risk factor for 3-years DFS(P=0.001).Univariate analysis of luminal A showed that age, lymph node and tumor stage were related factors of 3-years DFS,univariate analysis of luminal B showed that lymph node and tumor stage were related factors of 3-years DFS,univariate analysis of HER-2 overexpression showed that age was related factor of 3-years DFS.Multivariate Cox analysis showed that age was an independent risk factor for 3-years DFS in patients with luminal A(P=0.002)and HER-2 overexpression(P=0.036).Conclusion: The clinicopathological characteristics of different molecular types of breast cancer can give proposals for anticipating the survival of patients and sensible treatment.
