ObjectiveTo evaluate the effectiveness of the conventional acupuncture and conventional acupuncture combined with Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle in the clinical efficacy of patients with eccentric sensory impairment after ischemic stroke. It provides clinical evidence for the Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle to treat eccentric sensory disturbance after ischemic stroke. Methods:From the Acupuncture and Moxibustion Department of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Acupuncture and Moxibustion Department of Brain Disease,64 patients who met the diagnosis and inclusion criteria were collected, and SPSS23.0 was used to randomize the groups. The patients were divided into treatment group and control group, each with 32 examples.During the treatment,2 cases fell off in the control group and 30 cases remained, and 1 case fell off in the treatment group, and 31 cases remained. Both groups were given corresponding basic treatment in accordance with the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018".In addition to basic treatment, patients in the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture;while patients in the treatment group were treated with conventional acupuncture, and at the same time, according to the true solar time of the patients visit, the corresponding group points of the Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle were calculated with acupuncture.1 time per day,6 times per course,2 courses in total, followed up 1 month after the end of treatment. The patient’s condition was evaluated at three time points: before treatment, after treatment, and follow-up treatment period. The sensory impairment rating scale,NIHSS score sheet, and Barthel score sheet were used to evaluate the patient’s sensory function, neurological deficit, and ability of daily living.Results1 Sensory disturbance rating scores: The comparison between the two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment, before treatment and within the follow-up treatment group, statistically calculated p<0.05.The scores of the two groups were compared between the two groups at two time points after treatment and during treatment follow-up.According to statistical calculations, both groups were p<0.05.It is suggested that both treatment methods can improve the sensory impairment of patients, and the treatment group is better than the control group in improving sensory impairment.2 Barthel score: the comparison between the two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment, before treatment and within the follow-up treatment group, statistically calculated p<0.05.After treatment and follow-up of the two groups of patients, the scores of the two groups were compared between groups, and the statistical calculations were p<0.05.It is suggested that both treatment methods can improve the patient’s ability of daily living, and the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the ability of daily living.3 NIHSS score: Before and after treatment, the two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment and within the follow-up scoring group, and statistically calculated p<0.05.The scores of the two groups of patients were compared between the two groups at two time points after treatment and during follow-up.According to statistical calculations, all P>0.05.It is suggested that both treatment methods can improve the patient’s nerve defect, but there is no significant difference between the two treatment methods.4 The overall curative effect of the two groups of patients: the total effective rate of the treatment group is 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 80%.After the rank sum test, there is a statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group,p<0.05.It is suggested that in terms of overall efficacy, both the treatment group and the control group can improve the overall condition of the patients, and the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1 Both of the 2 treat methods: conventional acupuncture and conventional acupuncture combined with Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle, have curative effects on the treatment of post-stroke hemosensory disorder.2 In terms of improving the ability of daily living and sensory disturbances, the conventional acupuncture combined with Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle is significantly better than conventional acupuncture, and the effect is better.3 In terms of improving neurological deficits, the conventional acupuncture combined with Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle cannot be considered as having better curative effect than conventional acupuncture.4 In terms of overall curative effect, the conventional acupuncture combined with Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle has a better curative effect on improving the overall condition of patients than conventional acupuncture.
