| Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Zhengrong decoction combined with Liujunzi decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of acquired paralytic strabismus of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals, and to provide basis for clinical application of Zhengrong decoction combined with Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of acquired paralytic strabismus of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals.Methods:64 patients diagnosed as acquired paralytic strabismus with wind-phlegm blocking collaterals from the Department of Ophthalmology of the first affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with Zhengrong decoction and Liujunzi decoction combined with acupuncture plus western medicine, and the control group was treated with acupuncture plus western medicine.2 weeks as a course of treatment,3 courses of treatment were carried out for a total of 6weeks.The data of patients before and after treatment were recorded and analyzed by SPSS21.0 software.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. The degree of strabismus, eye movement, diplopia,TCM syndrome score,TCM curative effect and total curative effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results:1.Through statistical comparison and analysis, there was no significant difference in age, sex, course of disease and etiology between the two groups.2.After treatment, the degree of strabismus, diplopia and eye movement decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the decreasing values of all data in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of patients in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and those in the observation group decreased more(P<0.05).The effective rate of TCM symptoms in the observation group was 93.33%,while that in the control group was 73.33%.The TCM curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.The overall effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%,while that of the control group was 76.67%.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.In the treatment of acquired paralytic strabismus caused by wind-phlegm blocking collaterals,Zhengrong decoction combined with Liujunzi decoction combined with acupuncture and acupuncture have clinical therapeutic effect.2.In the treatment of acquired paralytic strabismus with wind-phlegm blocking collaterals,Zhengrong decoction combined with Liujunzi decoction combined with acupuncture is better than acupuncture in reducing strabismus, improving diplopia, eye movement disorder and reducing TCM syndrome scores.3.In the treatment of acquired paralytic strabismus caused by wind-phlegm blocking collaterals, the total curative effect of Zhengrong decoction combined with Liujunzi decoction combined with acupuncture is not significantly different from that of acupuncture, but it is effective in traditional Chinese medicine.4.The two groups of patients have no side effects in the course of treatment, and the clinical safety is high. |
