Clinical Effect Of Chu Tan-Jiedu Decoction To Prevent Recurrence Of Colorectal Adenoma After Operation

Objective: To observe the decoction of removing phlegm and removing poison(Guangmu Xiang,Amomum villosum,Coix seed,yew,tractylodes macrocephala,Chen Pei,Pinellia ternata,Magnolia officinalis,Sanleng,Curcuma,Poria cocos,Codonopsis,Weilingxian,Herba Herba Herba Herba,Houttuynia cordata,buckwheat and Fritillaria thunbergii)to prevent recurrence,recurrence and recurrence after operation.Method: From September 2019 to March 2020 in Yongchuan Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine,60 patients with colorectal polyp resection and pathological biopsy as adenomatous polyp were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with anti-infection and intestinal nutrition after peration.Theobservation group was treated with oral treatment of detoxification decoction on the basis of control group for 2months.The recurrence,recurrence and cancerous rate,TCM symptom score and clinical effect of colonoscopy were compared after 1 year.Results: A total of 58 patients completed the trial,In 2 cases,The control group was 30 cases,observation group 28 cases,In the control group,13 cases recurred,Recurrence rate 43.3%,observation group recurred in 5 cases,Recurrence rate 17%,The relapse rate of treated group was significantly lower than that of Contrast group,statistically significant(P<0.05).On the score of TCM curative effect,The effective rate ofobservation group was 96.43%,The control group was 93.33%effective,observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01)with statistical significance.The observation group had significant efficacy in abdominal pain,abdominal distension,stool number,stool characteristics,stool characteristics,stool habits and tongue moss(P<0.01),while the control group only in the number of stools,stool characteristics,changes of stool habits(P<0.01)and good efficacy in the treatment of abdominal pain,abdominal distension and tongue moss(P<0.05).By analysis,we found that there was no significant correlation between adenoma recurrence and age,sex,drinking history,adenoma size,location,number,pathological type(P>0.05).The results of the observation group showed that there was a correlation between smoking history and adenoma recurrence(P<0.05),and no significant correlation was found in the control group(P>0.05).Safety analysis:throughout the test,There was no adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion: It can effectively prevent recurrence and recurrence of adenomatous intestinal polyps one year after operation,and to some extent can alleviate the symptoms and signs of diarrhea,abdominal pain,stool habits change,promote postoperative recovery,and no obvious adverse reactions.
