Clinical Comparative Study Of Imported Xience Stent And Domestic EXCEL Stent

Objective:To study import and domestic scaffold implant for clinical effects,related adverse events,and long-term prognosis,etc.for coronary heart disease,and provide a basis for clinical treatment.Method : selected 255 cases of surgery in hospitalization of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from June 2018 to March 2019.According to the patient implanted bracket type,it is divided into domestic stent EXCEL(observation group)and imported bracket XIENCE(control group),including 119 cases of domestic stent,136 imported brackets,collected by patients,based on the baseline information,surgery Relevant situations,patients who meet the requirements are reconstituted,and the occurrence of angina pectoris,stent restenosis,heart failure,medication,cardiovascular adverse events,mortality,etc.Result: All the indexes were no significant difference inoperative time,surgical methods,number of stents implanted,blood flow reconstruction,surgical success rate,previous stent installation,chest pain relief and other conditions between domestic stent EXCEL group and imported stent Abbott group(P>0.05).Results The differences of hospitalization,medication,recurrent angina pectoris,late stent thrombosis,heart failure,MACE,and mortality were not statistically difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of coronary heart disease,domestic stent EXCEL stent and imported stent Abbott stent have good short-term and long-term efficacy,as well as good safety.
