Objective:As one of the three most common diseases in the world,the incidence rate of stroke in China has increased year by year.The dysphagia caused by stroke is one of the major complications,and it is also a major difficulty in clinical treatment.It has affected the prognosis of stroke patients to a certain extent,and seriously damaged the recovery of stroke patients’ function.Acupuncture therapy combined with rehabilitation function training is a common treatment for dysphagia after stroke.‘Cang Gui Tan Xue’acupuncture therapy belongs to ‘Fei Jing Zou Qi’.Compared with traditional acupuncture,‘Cang Gui Tan Xue’acupuncture therapy has the advantages of relaxing meridians and dredging collaterals,promoting blood circulation and qi circulation,which is very effective for the treatment of diseases with deep bad Qi.Methods:According to the random number table method,60 patients with dysphagia after stroke during the trial period were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Based on data analysis,there was no difference in age,gender,initial course scale and other data between the two groups.The control group was given basic treatment,rehabilitation treatment and conventional acupuncture treatment,while the treatment group was given ‘Cang Gui Tan Xue’acupuncture therapy based on the treatment of the control group,once a day,six times a week.Before treatment,7 days after treatment,14 days after treatment and 21 days after treatment,the patients were evaluated by Wata’s drinking water test,Fujishima Ichiro’s swallowing efficacy and standard swallowing function(SSA)score.Finally,the database was established and the conclusion was drawn by SPSS26.0 statistical analysis.Results:By comparing the standard swallowing function evaluation scale(SSA),Wada drinking water test grade and Fujishima Ichiro swallowing efficacy score between the two groups,the treatment group and the control group can improve the swallowing function after stroke to a certain extent,and have achieved good results.The total effective rate and marked effective rate of the treatment group are better than those of the control group,and there are no adverse events in the two groups.It has good security.Conclusion:‘Cang Gui Tan Xue’acupuncture therapy can effectively enhance the needling sensation and acupuncture effect after Qi of needling.It is superior to the conventional acupuncture method in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke,and can more effectively improve the swallowing function of patients after stroke.Combined with modern rehabilitation technology,it forms a complementary therapy,which has the value of promotion in the clinic.
