| Objective:The purpose of this clinical observation is to explore the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine prescriptions on patients with functional constipation of spleen hysteresis,as formulated by spleen palpitations.Clinical evaluation mainly from constipation symptoms points,Chinese medicine symptoms points,Chinese medicine certificate efficacy,quality of life,the first drug effectiveness time and recurrence of the situation and other aspects of comparison,force in an objective understanding of the spleen adjustment method of the therapeutic role of Chinese medicine,for functional constipation treatment to provide new ideas.Methods:Patients who will be diagnosed with functional constipation in the spleen and stomach department of Tianjin Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine will be screened dialectically,and 64 cases of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation will be included,randomly separated into two parts and 32 people each.In course of observation,2 people in the control group and 1person in the observation group were taken out of the group for their own reasons,so 30 cases in the control group and 31 cases in the observation group.The previous group was treated by lactulose oral solution(20ml,once a day),and the observation group was treated with Jianpi tiaoshu method(dangshen 15～20g,shenghuangqi 15 g,shengbaizhu 30～40g,Chaoji Neijin10～15g,jiaoshenqu 10～15g,bran fried Zhishi 10～15g,almond 10 g,cardamom 6g,gualouren 15g,hempseed 30g,Cistanche 30 g,Angelica 20g).The remedy of this illness lasts 4 weeks,Call a month later for an investigation.In course of the observation,attend to concentrate on whether the person who were observed have serious adverse reactions,if so,stop the drug immediately.Before and after treatment,fill in the scores of constipation symptoms,TCM symptoms,quality of life and other items truthfully,and record the onset time and recurrence of the first medication.Finally,summarize the data for analysis and draw a conclusion.Results:1.The symptoms of constipation(1)Intra group comparison: After treatment,the points of each group symptom in both two groups after medication were statistically significant contrasted with those before therapeutic methods,and there had obvious distinctions Statistically(P<0.01).(2)Comparison between groups: after treatment,the average defecation time of the two parts’ distinctions statistically significant(P<0.05),and the rest items were not statistically significant(P>0.05),showing that the treatment of the two groups whose constipation symptoms is quite effective,but the enhancement effect of the observation group in the average defecation time was preferable to that of the control group.2.TCM symptoms(1)Intra group comparison: Comparing the points of each individual Chinese medicine symptom after treatment in the control group with the pre-treatment,there was statistical significance in the improvement of some symptoms(p<0.05)in terms of the improvement of symptoms(defecation is hardly,willing to defecate but unable to do so,bloating after taking less food,abdominal distension,bowel sounds and sagittal Qi)(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the observation group had significant improvement in all single TCM symptoms(P<0.01).(2)Comparison between groups: after this treatment,there were obvious differences in single TCM symptoms between the two groups in defecation difficulty,incomplete defecation feeling,mental fatigue,swelling after taking less food,fullness and so on(P<0.05),and the rest items were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Tip In terms of improving the symptoms of Chinese medicine,the observation group’s drugs are slightly better.3.Chinese medicine certificate waiting efficacy: The total efficiency of the control group was50%,the observation group was 91%,the latter was better than the previous effect,and the discrepancies among the two parts was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Quality of life: there were significant differences in the total marks of quality of livelihoods between the both groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the two groups which compared have a great difference after treatment(P<0.05).It was certificated that the observation group drugs had advantages in improving the quality of life of constipation patients.5.First drug effectiveness time: let two groups compare,the divergence has no statistically significant(P>0.05),which defined that the two groups of treatment in the first drug start time there is no significant difference,the speed is comparable.6.Recurrence: After 1 month of drug withdrawal,a telephone survey was conducted for all patients who were in both groups,the divergence was statistically significant(P<0.05).To a large extent,it shows that the observation group is slightly better at controlling the recurrence angle than the control group.Conclusion:The application of Jianpi tiaoshu Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation has significant curative effect,which is equivalent to lactulose in improving constipation symptoms of patients in the control group,but has great advantages in improving TCM symptoms,improving quality of life and controlling constipation recurrence.In addition,the two groups in the course of treatment did not find any adverse reactions,safe and effective. |
