Observation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Huazhuojiedu Prescription In The Treatment Of Hyperuricemia(Turbidity Toxin Inside Syndrome)

Objective:By observing the improvement in serum uric acid as well as the clinical symptoms in patients of hyperuricemia with turbidity toxin inside syndrome,evaluating the safety and turbidity detoxification treatment clinical efficacy of huazhuojiedu prescription,in order to show certainly clinical evidence and new ideas for TCM treatment of hyperuricemia.Method:A total of 60 patients from The First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into a control group and another experimental group during September 2019 to January 2021,that met the diagnostic criteria and the inclusion criteria.Both groups have healthy lifestyle,including regular exercise,limiting the intake of high-purine,high-fructose,high-protein,high-fat diets,advocating the intake of dairy,fresh vegetables and moderate water intake,having a relaxed mood and active cooperate with treatment.On this basis,the experimental group was given huazhuojiedu prescription for 4weeks.Recording the serum uric acid,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,weight and body mass index of the patients.Evaluating the efficacy according to the level of serum uric acid and TCM syndrome score.Results:(1)Huazhuojiedu prescription can improve the level of serum uric acid in patients with hyperuricemia disease.After 4 weeks of treatment,serum uric acid in both groups were improved.The improvement in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)Huazhuijiedu prescription can significantly improved the total score of TCM syndromes in patients of hyperuricemia with turbidity toxin inside syndrome.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were lower than before,and the experimental group was lower than the other one,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of TCM in the experimental group was 97.00%,and that in another one was 50.00%,indicating that the curative effect in the experimental group was significantly better than the other one,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The difference of the fat in the control group was not statistically significant(P=1.000),but beyond all that,two groups were all improved after treatment,and the experimental group is better than that one,especially in improving heavy body and dizziness,bad breath,turbid urine,upset and loose stool with indigested grains with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(3)Huazhuojiedu prescription can improve the waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio of the patients(P<0.05).The hip circumference,weight and body mass index were better than the control group after treatment but with no significant statistical difference(P>0.05).(4)No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the treatment,the level of ALT,AST,GGT,BUN and Cr had no statistical difference,suggesting good security.Conclusion:Huazhuojiedu prescription has significant efficacy than single diet with exercise in treating hyperuricemia with turbidity toxin inside syndrome,which can influence serum uric acid,significantly alleviating clinical symptoms of TCM,and also reduce waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,weight and body mass index with good safety.Huazhuojiedu prescription is worthy of clinical application.
