Clinical Observation Of Bushen Huoxue In The Treatment Of CKDG2A2-3 Stage With Syndrome Of Pi-shen Qixu And Xueyu

Objective: Under the guidance of the combination of TCM syndrome differentiation and western medicine disease differentiation,to explore the clinical effect of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation in the treatment of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis in CKDG2A2-3 stage.By analyzing the difference between control group and treatment group before and after drug intervention,including laboratory testing index,score of syndromes and treatment effect,in order to better control the level of proteinuria,improving renal function and renal fibrosis degree,slow down disease progression,for the early prevention and treatment and prognosis of chronic kidney disease(CKD)to improve clinical thinking and clinical reference.Methods: A total of 62 patients who met the CKDG2A2-3 spleen-kidney-qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were divided into two groups for statistical control and treatment.Software random number method,all were given different drug interventions on the basic treatment,the control group The medication used was oral losartan potassium tablets,and the medication standard was 100 mg per day;the treatment group used Nephritis No.1prescription,the medication standard was 1 dose on 3 days,2 times a day,warm after meals.Two case was eliminated during the study,and the final number of included cases in both groups was 30.Monitor ACR,24 UPro,e GFR,Cys-C,Scr,BUN,UA at 0,4,8,and 12 weeks,and monitor AST,ALT,GGT,and TCM syndrome scores at 0,12 weeks,and observe the adverse effects during treatment Reaction and side effects,and use spss24 statistical software to analyze the data between and within the two groups,and finally draw the conclusion of the study.Results:1.Clinical efficacy: The total ER of the control group was 53.3%,including 2 significant cases,14 valid cases and 14 invalid cases;the total ER of the treatment group was 86.7%,including 11 significant cases,15 valid cases and 4 invalid cases,outstanding advantage over the control group.2.Laboratory indexes: ACR,24 UPro,e GFR,Cys-C,Scr,BUN,UA and other laboratory inspection indicators were significantly improved in the treatment group.3.TCM syndrome score: The treatment group was better in improving clinical symptoms(P < 0.05).4.The curative effect of TCM syndrome: The total ER of the control group was 53.3%,including 2 significant cases,14 valid cases and 14 invalid cases;the total ER of the treatment group,including 12 significant cases,14 valid cases and 4 invalid cases.The analysis of the inherent differences between the two groups showed that the treatment group’s effect was better(P < 0.01).5.Safety index: There was no significant change in liver function indexes of AST,ALT and GGT in the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: In combination with TCM and Western medicine,Tonifying the Kidney and Activating Blood are used to treat CKDG2A2-3 patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome can not only effectively improve the renal function and related laboratory indexes,but also correct the patients’ TCM symptoms.This method can effectively improve the state of kidney deficiency and blood stasis and significantly reduce the level of urinary protein,so as to achieve the clinical effect of improving renal fibrosis and promoting the recovery of renal function.Therefore,it is safe and effective to use tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation to treat early albuminuria in chronic kidney disease and reduce renal fibrosis,which is worthy of promotion.
