Clinical Efficacy Observations On Treatment Of Cardiovascular Neurosis By Cutaneous Shallow Needling Combined With Zhi-tune Music

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Cutaneous Shallow Needling combined with Zhi-tune music and routine needling on Cardiovascular Neurosis.To provide a new therapeutic method for clinical treatment of Cardiovascular Neurosis.Methods: 60 Cardiovascular Neurosis patients,were recruited from universities in Tianjin,aged from 18 to 40 years old,which met the Diagnostic criteria and Inclusion criteria.Randomly divided the patients into two groups:treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by Cutaneous Shallow Needling combined with Zhi-tune music.The superficial puncture site was selected from dermal parts of;spleen channel;stomach channel and kidney channel.The upper bound was the level of Zhongwan(4 inches above the navel),the lower boundary is the level of Guan Yuan(3 inches below the umbilicus),the left and right boundary is 4 inches apart from the front median line,the needle interval depends on the patient’s body type,and the therapeutic music is played by the player or earphone.The music is “The Rainbow”,Yin melody of Zhi-tune music,which is selected from the “Chinese Medical Health Music”,.(Published by Higher Education Audio &Video Press).The listening time is 30 minutes and the volume of the player is controlled at40-60 decibels.The control group were treated by routine acupuncture,select Jueyinshu,Danzhong,Qimen,Neiguan and Shenmen as the main acupoints.The patients in both groups were kept the needle for 30 minutes and treated once a day for 2 weeks.The treatment set 7days as one course and the whole process of the treatment will continue 2 courses.The observation indexes were Symptom Integral Scale,Cardiovascular Neurosis Somatization Symptom Self-rating Scale(SSS),Heart Anxiety Questionnaire(CAQ),Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),the final clinical effect was divided into cure,apparently effect,effective and ineffective.Compared the improvement of symptoms before and after treatment in two groups,The P value was set as a reference for statistical significance.Results: In the control group,30 cases were enrolled,1 case was interrupted.1.Baseline comparison: There was no significant difference in the score of age,sex,SSS,CAQ,HAMA,HAMD and Symptom Integral Scale before treatment between the two groups.2.After the treatment,the scores of SSS,CAQ,HAMA,HAMD and Symptom Integral Scale were significantly higher than before.3.After the treatment,the score of SSS,HAMD and Symptom Integral Scale of two groups had no significant statistically difference.And there were significant differences in the scores of CAQ and HAMA in both groups.Conclusion: 1.Both the Cutaneous Shallow Needling combined with Zhi-tune music therapy and routine needling can make the patients with Cardiovascular Neurosis relieve the symptoms,improve the quality of life and enhance the health level.2.Cutaneous Shallow Needling combined with Zhi-tune music therapy is more effective in improving heart anxiety symptoms and mood of patients with Cardiovascular Neurosis.3.Cutaneous Shallow Needling combined with Zhi-tune music therapy has the same effect as routine needling in treating Cardiovascular Neurosis.It provides a practical and new method for treating Cardiovascular Neurosis,worth promoting in clinical.
