| purpose:In this study,we used deep needle acupuncture at Baliao acupoint and conventional acupuncture to treat post-stroke urinary retention, and compared the degree of improvement of clinical symptoms of patients with urinary retention after stroke by deep needle acupuncture and conventional acupuncture. To evaluate the therapeutic effect of deep acupuncture at Baliao acupoint on patients with post-stroke urinary retention,in order to provide evidence-based medical support for the future clinical use of Bala acupoint in the treatment of post-stroke urinary retention.method:Sixty patients with post-stroke urinary retention who met the criteria for inclusion and discharge and signed informed consent were selected.According to the ratio of 1:1,they were randomly divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture, and the treatment group was treated with deep acupuncture at Baliao point. The treatment was performed once a day,6 times a week, for a total of 2 weeks. The extubation rate, residual urine volume, and bladder function score were used as the curative effect observation indicators, and the curative effect evaluation of occlusion in the diagnostic criteria of TCM internal medicine was used as the overall curative effect evaluation standard. The latter observation indicators are subjected to statistical data analysis.result:1.Comparing the baseline data of the two groups:After testing, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in gender, age, urinary retention, type of stroke,etc.(P>0.05),suggesting that the two groups are comparable.2.The residual urine volume and bladder function score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The results showed that the index values of the two groups after treatment were improved compared with before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison between the two groups:there was no significant difference in residual urine volume and bladder function score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the residual urine volume and bladder function score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group and the treatment group was extubated The rate was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of efficacy evaluation between the two groups, the effective rate of the control group was 70.0%,the effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%,and the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. The comparison between the two groups,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.in conclusion:1.Deep acupuncture at Baliao acupoint and conventional acupuncture therapy can reduce the residual urine volume and bladder function integral of patients with urinary retention after stroke, promote the recovery of urination function of patients, remove the urinary tube as soon as possible, shorten the course of urinary retention, and promote the recovery of patients.2.Deep acupuncture at the Baliu point group can reduce the residual urine volume and bladder function score of patients with urinary retention after stroke, and promote the removal of the urinary tube of the patient, which is more effective than conventional acupuncture.3.Deep acupuncture at Baliu point is safe and effective in treating urinary retention after stroke, which improves the TCM treatment plan for urinary retention after stroke. |
