With the deepening of research,scholars have gradually shifted their research on the influencing factors of subjective well-being(SWB)from the discussion of external factors(age,gender,income,education level,etc.)to the study of internal factors.Subjective well-being involves the subjective evaluation of the individual’s perceived well-being,so people’s experience of subjective well-being is often different from person to person.Adult attachment and subjective well-being are related to the emotional experience and cognitive evaluation of individuals,and they are similar to each other to some extent.And adult attachment,as a kind of attachment mode with relatives,friends and peers,may affect the level of subjective well-being experienced by individuals.Many studies have focused on the direct influence of adult attachment on subjective well-being and further confirmed the close relationship between the two.On the basis of exploring the direct influence of adult attachment on subjective well-being,this study intends to further study the mediating variables affecting the relationship between the two..This study takes the nurses of our country as the research object,discusses the influence of adult attachment on subjective well-being,and analyzes the mediating effect between adult attachment and subjective well-being by self-compassion and interpersonal association efficacy as the intermediary variables.Based on the literature reading,this paper first combs the concepts,dimensions and components division,structure and measurement,influencing factors and psychological functions of four variables,including adult attachment,subjective well-being,self-compassion and interpersonal association efficacy.In addition,the relationship among adult attachment,subjective well-being,self-compassion and interpersonal association efficacy is also preliminarily analyzed.Secondly,the author defines the four concepts of adult attachment,subjective well-being,self-compassion and interpersonal association efficacy,and further defines the research object of this paper.And combined with literature review,the research hypotheses of this paper are put forward,and the research model of this paper is constructed.The research tools of this paper are also determined,namely,Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory,General Well Being Scale,Self-compassion Scale and Interpersonal Association Efficacy Scale.In this paper,we collected 981 data about nursing staff by questionnaire.Then used AMOS software to build a structural equation model to analyze the direct impact of adult attachment on subjective well-being We further explored the mediating role of self-compassion and interpersonal association efficacy between adult attachment and subjective well-being.The results of this study show that :(1)Both attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance have significant negative effects on subjective well-being;(2)Both attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance have significant negative effects on Self-compassion;(3)The attachment avoidance dimension of adult attachment has a significant negative effect on interpersonal association efficacy;(4)Self-compassion has a significant positive effect on subjective well-being;(5)Interpersonal association efficacy has a significant positive effect on subjective well-being;(6)Interpersonal association efficacy had a mediating effect on attachment avoidance and subjective well-being;Self-compassion had a mediating effect on attachment anxiety and subjective well-being.Self-compassion and interpersonal association efficacy had a chain mediating effect on attachment anxiety and subjective well-being.
