| Background and purposeAdvances in cancer therapy have led to significant improvements in cancer survival,however,cancer survival is often affected by cardiac toxicity such as myocardial ischemia associated with cancer therapy.Understanding how to improve myocardial ischemia related to cancer prevention has become an important priority.However,the long-term use of commonly used anti-myocardial ischemia drugs will cause adverse reactions.To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Shengmai Powder in patients with Qi-yin deficiency myocardial ischemia caused by chemotherapeutic drugs,and to provide an effective and safe TCM treatment scheme for clinical treatment of Qi-yin deficiency myocardial ischemia caused by chemotherapeutic drugs.MethodFrom January 2017 to October 2019,60 cases of cancer patients were selected in the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Department of Internal Medicine and traditional Chinese Medicine of Ganzhou Cancer Hospital,All patients were diagnosed with chemotherapy-induced myocardial ischemia,Using a simple randomization grouping method,Divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,The observation group was treated with Jiawei Shengmai Powder on the basis of control group for 4 weeks.To observe the improvement of ECG effect,quality of life and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment.ResultsThere was no significant difference in sex,age and course of disease between 1.two groups before treatment(P >0.05),which was comparable.The curative effect of electrocardiogram in 2.observation group was 66.6,which was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups before 3.treatment(P>0.05),and between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),The total curative effect of TCM syndrome in 4.observation group was 80.00,which was significantly better than that in the control group(P <0.05).Blood routine,urine routine,stool routine and liver and kidney function were not abnormal after treatment in 5.two groups.In the control group,2 patients showed slight decrease of blood sodium and blood calcium after treatment,no obvious clinical symptoms,no effect on the experimental observation process,and returned to normal after stopping the drug,and no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the other patients.Conclusion:Modified Shengmai Powder combined with conventional western medicine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of Qi-yin deficiency myocardial ischemia caused by chemotherapeutic drugs in tumor patients.It has a significant effect on improving the clinical symptoms and signs,electrocardiogram and quality of life of patients.And has good tolerance and safety,in clinical worthy of further application and promotion. |
