The new medical system reform plan advocates the participation of social capital in the reform of medical and health services.In the future,the medical market will influx more private capital and foreign-funded hospitals.In addition,my country’s reform of the medical security system will further highlight the shortcomings of the traditional hospital business model.With reference to Q Hospital,this article takes the existing training theory as the starting point and based on the training status of the hospital,and comprehensively analyzes the shortage of talent training in the hospital.On this basis,combined with the training management related content involved in modern human resource management,and drawing on management experience at home and abroad,a set of training programs that are highly operable and helpful to improve the professional ability and quality of the staff of the institute are designed.The implementation of the training program will help improve the overall competitiveness of the hospital and promote its sustainable development.First of all,this article expounds and analyzes the background significance of the topic selection,current research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,and training related theories.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey method,the current training management work of Q hospital is analyzed and researched,and the current existing training management problems are summarized,and the corresponding reasons are analyzed.Finally,the Q hospital training system was optimized,and training needs were investigated through questionnaire survey,field research,and interview methods.After summarizing related issues,the employee training system was optimized and designed,and the training effect was checked by Kochs four-level evaluation.And for the smooth and effective implementation of training,a series of countermeasures and safeguard measures have been proposed.Based on the above,this article,through the study of training theory and in-depth research on the status quo of hospital training,strives to optimize and upgrade the original training system for Q Hospital to the greatest extent,so that it can be effectively implemented and become a set of training tailored to local conditions.The development of the management system provides important theoretical support for Q Hospital to deal with new difficulties and new problems under the reform of the new medical system,and to achieve long-term and sustainable development.It also has a certain degree of practicability and operability.
