| Objective:The main method of treating vascular dementia is to wake up the mind,command the law and warm acupuncture,and compare the clinical efficacy difference with simple acupuncture treatment of the disease,so as to explore the advantages of vascular dementia.Treatment of vascular dementia.Methods:All 60 participating cases were from patients who were examined and treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.In this study,Patients will be randomly divided into clinical trial group and clinical control group by our researchers.Each group has 30 patients,which is a great grouping method.All patients undoubtedly received Western medicine treatment to control blood pressure and blood sugar.Acupoint selection in the experimental group: Based on Baihui Sishencong,Dazhui,Fengfu,Jing Jiaji C3～7,Houxi,Shenmen,Taixi,Hangzhong,Dazhong,the matching of acupoints is based on individual symptoms and The method of acupoint surgery is based: all the above acupuncture points are used for acupuncture and moxibustion.Baihui uses a filamentary needle to work.A large amount of air enters the needle and twists and makes up for 2 to 3 minutes.Then warm acupuncture and moxibustion at intervals of 3 times for 1 to 5 minutes.Remove the ashes to prevent the moxa ash from falling on the skin burn patient,and apply it for about 30 minutes each time.In the control group,we will adopt a very magical treatment method,acupuncture alone.With acupuncture point is on the basis of individual symptoms syndrome with acupuncture points Operation method: will the evaluation.Simple Mental Scale(MMSE)Daily Living Ability Scale(ADL)Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Scale(SDSVD)and Fugl-Meyer Rating Scale were selected as evaluation indexes in this study.The social medicine statistical package SPSS24.0 software will be used by us to perform rigorous statistical analysis on all data.We will use chi-square test for counting data,and T test or rank-sum test for measurement data.Correlation analysis was used for FMA and MMSE,When R=0,it is proved that there is a positive correlation between the two.The closer the absolute value of R is to 1,the more significant the correlation is.Results:1.Statistically,there is no doubt that there is no difference in age,gender,length of disease,severity of disease,education level,basic disease type,and primary disease type,syndrome type and syndrome score between the two groups.There were no statistically significant differences in the primary and secondary outcome indexes before treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups of patients are comparable.2.Intra-group comparison:Before treatment,When the treatment was completed,an amazing result was found,that is,MMSE scores were much higher than before treatment,which is not a matter of doubt(P<0.05).Another result that makes us feel incredible is that the scores of ADL and SDSVD are both reduced(P<0.05).Fugl-Meyer Rating Scale score was higher than before.These two sets of data will be subjected to a very careful,rigorous and accurate statistical analysis,and a very surprising conclusion: the MMSE scores of the VD patients in the experimental group are significantly higher than those in the control group.(P<0.05)Another incredible finding is that the ADL and SDSVD of the experimental group are obviously lower than those of the control group,which is so cool.(P<0.05)Researchers will carefully compare and analyze the two sets of figures,eager to get satisfactory results,the score of FMA rating scale increased significantly,indicating that Xingshen Tongdu Wen acupuncture therapy or acupuncture therapy alone had certain effects on improving cognitive function,daily living ability,ADL syndrome and limb motor function of patients with vascular dementia,and the effect of Xingshen Tongdu Wen acupuncture was better than that of acupuncture therapy alone.3.The results showed that 16 patients in the experimental group were significantly effective(53.3%),12 patients were effective(40.0%),and 2patients were ineffective(6.7%).93.3% is the total effective rate of the experimental group.70.0% was the total effective rate of the control group.(P<0.05),It shows that the difference is very statistically significant,which allows us to draw a more reliable conclusion: Xing Shen Tong Du Wen Needle Moxibustion is very effective in improving ADL in patients with vascular dementia.4.In the tow group,93.3% was the total effective rate,The curative effect of 2 cases was very significant(6.7%),effective 17 people(56.7%),11 cases were ineffective(36.7%).The control group showed a total effective rate of63.3%(P<0.05),in order to the effective we can know the difference is statistically significant,indicating that Xingshen Tongdu Wen acupuncture therapy was better than acupuncture therapy alone in improving the daily life ability of patients with vascular dementia.5.The results showed that 10 patients(33.3%)in the experimental group were effective,Effective 19(63.3%),Invalid 1(3.3%),The total effective rate is96.7%.controls 2(6.7%),Effective 19(63.3%),Invalid 9(30.0%),The total effective rate is 70.0%.Compared with the pre-treatment,The total efficient level of the different group was higher than the level of the control group.(P<0.001),Indicates that the therapeutic effect of Xingshen Tongdu Wen acupuncture in improving the syndrome scores of patients with vascular dementia is better than that of acupuncture alone.6.There was a positive correlation between FMA score and MMSE score in the control group.7.There was a positive correlation between FMA score and MMSE score in the test group.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture and moxibustion of reviving the mind,guiding the warming of the body or acupuncture therapy alone has effects on improving cognitive function,ADL syndromes and limb motor function of vascular dementia;2.The curative effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion is better than that of simple acupuncture therapy in treating vascular dementia;3.The recovery of cognitive function in patients with vascular dementia is closely related to the improvement of motor function,that is,the improvement of motor function is helpful to the improvement of cognitive function. |
