| Objective: To observe the effect of “Winter disease treated in Summer and winter”method combined with acupoint application therapy on the number of acute exacerbations, pulmonary function,TCM syndrome total score,CAT score,TCM curative effect and skin reaction degree of COPD patients, and to study Whether there is a correlation between different skin reactions and clinical curative effect of “Winter disease treated in Summer and winter”method combined with acupoint application therapy in COPD patients. Methods: In this study,135 cases of COPD patients were collected and divided into four groups according to the skin reaction after treatment, according to the classification of skin allergic reaction degree standard in the compilation of Guiding Principles for Preclinical Research of New Drugs.According to the number of acute exacerbations, pulmonary function,TCM syndrome total score,CAT score and TCM curative effect determination before and after treatment, the differences of clinical curative effect were compared.Statistical software was used to analyze the data to explore whether there were differences in clinical curative effect among the four groups, and finally the conclusion was drawn whether there was correlation between clinical curative effect and skin reaction. Results: according to the results of the study and the statistical data,135 cases of complete and effective data were collected according to the clinical research program. There were 35 cases in group A with no skin reaction, the incidence rate was about 26%,57 cases in group B with mild skin reaction, the incidence rate was about 42%,30 cases in group C with moderate skin reaction, the incidence rate was about 22%,and 13 cases in group D with severe skin reaction,The incidence was about 10%.The number of acute exacerbations,CAT score and TCM syndrome total score of the four groups before and after treatment were compared. The number of acute exacerbations,CAT score and TCM syndrome total score of the four groups after treatment were decreased compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05).In terms of improving lung function, there was no significant difference between the four groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Kruskall-Wallis H test was used to analyze the difference and Bonferroni correction was performed among the four groups(P = 0.05 / 6= 0.0083).There were significant differences between group A and the other three groups in reducing the number of acute exacerbations,,CAT score and the difference of TCM syndrome total score(P < 0.0083),but there were no significant differences between the other three groups(P >0.0083).After treatment, the total effective rates of TCM syndromes in groups A,B,C and D were separately 51.42%,84.21%,83.33% and 100%.In terms of the total effective rate of TCM syndromes, the comparison among the four groups showed that group B,C and D were better than group A(P< 0.0083),but there was no significant difference among the three groups(P > 0.0083).There was no significant difference in pulmonary function between the four groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Compared with before and after treatment, the four groups had the effect of reducing the number of acute exacerbations, improving the total score of TCM syndrome and score(P > 0.05).In reducing the number of acute exacerbations,TCM syndrome total score,CAT score,TCM curative effect, the efficacy of group B,C and D was better than that of group A(P < 0.0083),but there was no significant difference among group B,C and D(P > 0.0083).Conclusion:1.“winter disease treated in summer and winter”method combined with acupoint application therpy is obviously effective in reducing the number of acute exacerbations, improving the total score of TCM syndrome,CAT score and the determination of TCM curative effect in patients with COPD,but has no obvious effect on improving pulmonary function.2.There is a correlation between the clinical effect and the skin reaction of COPD patients is treated by “winter disease treated in summer and winter”method combined with acupoint application therpy, and the curative effect of patients with skin reaction is better than that of patients without skin reaction.3.There was no correlation between the intensity of skin reaction and the clinical efficacy of COPD patients is treated by “winter disease treated in summer and winter”method combined with acupoint application therpy. |
