| ObjectiveBased on the efficacy and safety analysis of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors(ICIs),apatinib and ticchio in the treatment of advanced HER-2 negative gastric cancer,and the analysis of its influencing factors,the feasibility of the treatment plan for patients with advanced HER-2 negative gastric cancer was explored,and the basis for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer was provided.MethodsInto hospital between January 2019 and December 2020,the first affiliated hospital of anhui medical university,combine traditional Chinese and western medicine oncology has definite pathological diagnosis and imaging diagnosis of 32 cases of its HER-2 negative terminal cancer of the stomach,all patients were accepted traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors,path for,and the joint treatment for gonow,through a retrospective analysis of the influence factors of influencing patients PFS and OS,at the same time to study the efficacy of patients,KPS score and adverse reactions.Kaplan-Meier method of SPSS software was used to analyze the influencing factors of PFS and OS,and Cox multi-linear regression was used to calculate the independent influencing factors.Results23 patients were still alive and 9 patients died by the follow-up date.1.Effectiveness: 1 case of PR patients(3.12%),16 cases of SD patients(50%)and15 cases of PD patients(46.88%)met the evaluation of therapeutic effect,with an overall ORR rate of 3.12% and an overall DCR rate of 53.12%.2.Quality of life: there were 14 cases with stable KPS score,14 cases with improved KPS score,and 8 cases with invalid KPS score.After treatment with the research scheme,the improvement rate of patients’ quality of life score was 31.25%,and the overall stability rate(stability + improvement)was 75%.The overall improvement rate of TCM syndrome score was 81.25%.3.PFS: The mean PFS time of 32 patients with advanced gastric cancer after treatment was 7.929±1.061 months,95%CI was 5.580-10.008 months.4.OS: The mean OS time after treatment in 32 patients with advanced gastric cancer was 10.438±0.941 months,95%CI 8.594-12.282 months.5.Adverse reactions: Of the 32 patients included in this study,11 cases(34.38%)had adverse reactions,and no superposition of adverse reactions occurred.Adverse reactions of the patients mainly focused on bone marrow inhibitor liver and kidney function damage and hypothyroidism,all of which were below grade 3,and the adverse reactions were controllable.6.Prognostic factors:In this study,Cox regression analysis showed that total cholesterol level before and after treatment and admission KPS score were independent influencing factors of PFS.The change of body weight level before and after treatment was an independent influencing factor of OS.Conclusion1.TCM combined with Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors,apatinib and ticgio in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer can improve patients’ life treatment and prolong patients’ PFS and OS to a certain extent.2.Cox regression analysis showed that total cholesterol level before and after treatment and admission KPS score were independent influencing factors of PFS.The change of body weight level before and after treatment was an independent influencing factor of OS.3.There was no superposition of adverse reactions in the combination therapy regimen,and the overall tolerance was good. |
