The Satisfaction Degree Of Rural Residents In The Improvement Of Rural Human Settlements ——A Case Study Of Yantai,Shandong Province

In this paper,ten villages and towns in Yantai City,Shandong Province are selected as the research objects.By using the methods of research,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and multiple ordinal regression analysis,the current situation of rural residential environment improvement in sample towns is analyzed systematically,and a farmers’ satisfaction index system is constructed to evaluate the effect of rural residential environment improvement This paper makes a comprehensive analysis,looking for the differences in the overall and regional aspects of rural human settlements remediation,and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.First of all,the overall satisfaction level of farmers in rural residential environment renovation in Yantai City,Shandong Province is high,which belongs to the category of satisfaction.However,there are obvious differences in different regions.The renovation of residential environment has the phenomenon of regional imbalance.The five first-class indicators of residential environment renovation are infrastructure satisfaction > social environment satisfaction > public service satisfaction > natural ecological environment renovation satisfaction The satisfaction of living environment mainly needs to be improved,including four indicators of housing renovation,leisure and entertainment facilities construction,firewood straw and other production waste treatment,soil treatment,and the secondary needs to be improved,including four indicators of river and pond treatment,livestock and poultry manure treatment,poor living habits of residents and cultural activities.Secondly,there are differences in the direction and degree of the influence of the factors on the satisfaction of the rural residents.Using the single factor method,it is found that: gender,cultural level,annual family income,village scale,publicity of the improvement of the rural residents’ environment,investment in the improvement of the rural residents’ environment,quality and ability of the village cadres,technological innovation and the main land of the farmers After regression analysis,it was found that female students were more likely to be dissatisfied than male students in the two classification factors.In the other multi classification factors,cultural level and annual family income had a negative impact on the satisfaction of farmers.The village scale,the promotion of the improvement of the living environment,the investment in the improvement of the living environment,and the quality of village cadres Ability,technological innovation and farmers’ dominant position have positive effects on Farmers’ satisfaction.
