The basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents is a basic and comprehensive project for people’s livelihood.The unified basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents can enable urban and rural residents to equally enjoy medical resources and treatment levels,enhance the well-being of the people,and promote the establishment of a comprehensively well-off society.The "14th Five-Year Plan" proposes to improve the multi-level social security system,improve the basic medical insurance financing,benefit adjustment mechanism,and complete the major disease medical insurance system.Naiman Banner has made certain achievements since the implementation of a unified basic medical insurance system for urban and rural residents in 2016.The development level of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents has continued to improve but is still lower than the average level of Inner Mongolia,and there are still many problems in its development.So,what is the satisfaction level of farmers with basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in Naiman Banner? What factors affect the satisfaction of farmers in Naiman Banner?For this reason,exploring the factors that affect the satisfaction of farmers in the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in Naiman Banner is of great significance for further improving the level of basic medical insurance for residents in Naiman Banner.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature and related theoretical analysis,this article obtained 800 questionnaires through the investigation of Naiman Banner.A statistical analysis of the overall satisfaction with the implementation of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in Naiman Banner from three aspects: medical insurance policy,designated medical institutions and medical insurance agencies.The study found that farmers in Naiman Banner are relatively satisfied with the average level of satisfaction with the agencies and medical policies,and their satisfaction with designated medical institutions is generally above the level,and they are generally satisfied.By selecting five personal attribution aspects and five situational attribution factors,using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software,a model is established for empirical research,and the effect of Naiman Banner farmers’ satisfaction with the current urban and rural residents’ basic medical insurance is obtained.The factors are the personal factor of one’s own health and the four situational factors of government attention,commercial insurance satisfaction,medical resource balance,and legal rights protection channels.Gender,age,education level,family annual income and medical insurance implementation environment do not have a significant impact on the choice of urban and rural residents’ medical insurance satisfaction.In response to the above conclusions,combined with the actual situation of Naiman Banner,we put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improving the medical insurance of urban and rural residents in terms of increasing government attention,rational allocation of medical resources,strengthening cooperation with commercial insurance,strengthening fund supervision,and broadening legal rights protection and provide reference for other areas that carry out the integration of urban and rural residents’ medical insurance.
