Objective:To explore the effect of computerized cognitive behavior therapy on anxiety and depression, pain and sleep, and nursing service satisfaction of orthopedic perioperative patients. It can provide reference for clinical application and further improvement. Methods:It is convenient to select surgical patients who meet the standards of admission and discharge in the orthopedic department of a Grade III,Grade A hospital in Shanxi from September 2020 to January 2021.They were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,36 cases in each group. Both groups were given orthopedic routine perioperative nursing, and the intervention group was additively given five stages of computerized cognitive behavioral therapy. Each stage of treatment takes 25-30 minutes. The general condition questionnaire was used to investigate the patients on admission.State Anxiety Scale(SAI),Patient Health Depression Questionnaire(PHQ-9),Digital Pain Rating Scale(NRS)and Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS)were used to evaluate patients’ anxiety, depression, pain and sleep before, during and after intervention, and nursing service satisfaction questionnaire was used to investigate patients on the day of discharge. Results Statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS 25.0 statistical software after double cross-input into Excel.Mean ± standard deviation, number of cases and constituent ratio were used for statistical description. Two independent samples t-test,2test and repeated measurement analysis of variance were used for statistical inference.Results:1.Comparison of general data: the age, gender, income level, disease type and other data of the control group and the intervention group were balanced and comparable without statistical difference(P>0.05).2.Comparison of anxiety level: the SAI score of patients in both groups had a time effect(P<0.05);There was no inter-group effect before intervention(P>0.05),but there was inter-group effect during and after intervention(P<0.05).There was an interaction effect between time factor and intergroup factor(P<0.05).3.Comparison of depression level: PHQ-9 scores in 2 groups showed time effect(P<0.05),no inter-group effect before and during intervention(P>0.05),and inter-group effect after intervention(P<0.05).There was an interaction effect between time factor and intergroup factor(P<0.05).4.Comparison of pain: NRS scores in 2 groups showed time effect(P<0.05),no inter-group effect before intervention(P>0.05),and inter-group effect during and after intervention(P < 0.05).There was an interaction effect between time factor and intergroup factor(P<0.05).5.Comparison of sleep conditions: AIS scores in 2 groups showed time effect(P<0.05),no inter-group effect before and during intervention(P> 0.05),and inter-group effect after intervention(P<0.05).There was an interaction effect between time factor and intergroup factor(P<0.05).6.Nursing service satisfaction comparison: the satisfaction score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of computerized cognitive behavior therapy in orthopedic perioperative patients can effectively reduce the level of anxiety and depression, relieve pain, improve sleep quality and nursing service satisfaction. The intervention is simple, convenient and easy to operate, with high clinical acceptance and good effect, which can be widely used in clinical practice.
