Study On Health Service Utilization Of Female Floating Population And Its Influencing Factors

According to the China Floating Population Development Report 2018,female floating population in China has accounted for nearly half of the country’s floating population,and female floating population has gradually become a major part of the floating population.As a socially vulnerable group,female floating population is faced with the double pressure of family and work.Their survival and development have become the focus of the society,and their utilization of medical and health services has been increasingly concerned,and the corresponding public service problems have become more and more prominent.Based on the theoretical review of domestic and foreign scholars on the utilization of health services and related studies,this study analyzed the health service utilization behavior of female floating population according to the theories related to female migration and health service utilization.Based on the data from the 2017 National Dynamic Monitoring Survey of Floating Population,The utilization of health services and its influencing factors of female floating population were studied.By means of descriptive analysis,difference analysis and regression analysis,this paper analyzed the status quo,differences and influencing factors of preventive health service utilization and routine health service utilization of female floating population.The results showed that the level of health service utilization of female floating population was lower than the national standard,and there were differences in the use of health service among different tendency factors,flow factors,demand factors and ability factors,and the factors affecting the use of health service of female floating population were diversified.Based on the above research results,this paper puts forward several suggestions to improve the utilization of health services of female floating population.Firstly,it is necessary to strengthen the management of health records of female floating population and stimulate the initiative of female floating population to participate in health services.Secondly,we should pay attention to the disease management of female floating population to meet the diversified needs of medical service utilization.Finally,based on the heterogeneity of the floating female population,the reproductive health of the floating female population should be guaranteed.By improving the utilization of health services and health capital stock of female floating population,the demographic dividend of female floating population can be further explored.
