Objectives:(1)To study the changes in plasm levels of Intermedin(IMD)in patients with heart failure(HF)and its correlation with brain natriuretic peptide(BNP);(2)To explore whether IMD affects heart function and its effects through oxidative stress mechanisms Correlation with reactive oxygen species(ROS)and superoxide dismutase(SOD).Methods:Selected 132 patients in the cardiology department of the Second Hospital of Shanda from January 2020 to October 2020,aged 45-80 years old,according to Framingham criteria,divided the patients into heart failure group(HF)78 cases(male 41 Patients and 37 females)and non-heart failure control group(CON)54 patients(23 males and 31 females).Collected the general information of all patients in the two groups and the relevant results of their biochemical :gender,age,BMI,liver and kidney function,etc.,and used enzyme-linked immunosorbent method(ELISA)to detect The serum levels of IMD,BNP,ROS and SOD in the two groups of patients.HF was divided into 3 groups according to LVEF: 20 cases of heart failure with HFr EF,22 cases of heart failure with HFmr EF,and heart failure with HFp EF Group 36 cases.According to NYHA cardiac function classification,HF was divided into 4 groups: 17 cases in grade I group,21 cases in grade Ⅱgroup,19 cases in grade Ⅲ group,and 21 cases example in grade Ⅳ group.Compare the general data,biochemical indicators,IMD,BNP,ROS and SOD levels of the HF group and the NHF control group,and analyze the differences in the levels of IMD in each group of heart failure classified by different methods.The estimating prognosis.2.In patients with heart failure,SOD activity is weakened,ROS level is increased,and IMD is positively correlated with ROS and negatively correlated with SOD,indicating that the myocardium is damaged by oxidative stress during heart failure,and its antioxidant capacity is weakened,and oxidation should The increased response to excitement indicates that IMD may protect the myocardium by inhibiting the level of oxidative stress in the body.3.MLR analysis shows that SOD and ROD are independent peril elements that affect IMD in patients with HF,and the activity of SOD has
