| Objectives Heart Disease Fact Questionnaire(HDFQ)was developed for type 2diabetes patients based on translation,translation back,correction,expert content validity evaluation,and reliability and validity test(i.e.,standard Chinese procedure).The knowledge of heart disease risk in type 2 diabetes patients in Anhui province and its influencing factors were investigated by using the Chinese version of the Heart Disease Knowledge Questionnaire for Type 2 Diabetes Patients.MethodsStage 1: Localization of cardiology knowledge questionnaire and reliability and validity test.First,the author’s authorization was obtained,followed by the translation of the questionnaire(the two-person translation method of the Brislin).Questionnaire correction and cultural adjustment of the questionnaire were carried out according to the Cross-cultural Adjustment Guidelines of the Self-Rating Scale.After the pre-investigation,the Chinese version of HDFQ was formed,and 408 patients with type 2 diabetes included in this study were surveyed using the questionnaire method as the theoretical basis.In terms of reliability,reliability was re-tested for the stability and consistency of the questionnaire,and Cronbach’s A coefficient test was conducted at the same time.In terms of validity,the questionnaire content validity index(S-CVI)and item content validity index(I-CVI)were used to test the structural validity by factor analysis.Meanwhile,correlation analysis and extreme grouping method were used to analyze the discrimination.Stage II: Study on the status of heart disease risk knowledge and influencing factors of patients with type 2 diabetes in Anhui Province.A total of 781 patients with type 2diabetes from 2 community hospitals,2 third-class A hospitals,and a third-class B hospital in Hefei,Anhui,and 2 community hospitals and a third-class B hospital in Huainan,Anhui were investigated by convenience sampling method.The general information questionnaire,the third version of diabetes attitude scale and the Chinese version of HDFQ were used to investigate the influencing factors.SPSS23.0 software was used to analyze,mean ± standard deviation was used to describe the statistical data of this survey,frequency and component ratio were used to describe the qualitative data,one-way analysis of variance or independent sample t-test was used to analyze and compare the scores of heart disease risk knowledge of type 2 diabetes patients with different characteristics.The correlation analysis between diabetes attitude and heart disease risk knowledge was carried out by Pearson,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of heart disease risk knowledge score.Results1.The Chinese version HDFQ(HDFQ-C)is completed,which corresponds to the Chinese cultural background and the national characteristics of the Chinese nation.HDFQ-C contains two dimensions: knowledge of heart disease risk(16 items),and the relationship between diabetes and heart disease(10 items).The total questionnaire Cronbach’s A =0.881,heart disease risk knowledge(16 items in total)Cronbach’s A=0.794,the relationship between diabetes and heart disease(10 items)Cronbach’s A=0.779,retest reliability 0.867.Questionnaire S-CVI=0.904,I-CVI=0.750 ～ 1.000.By analyzing the exploratory factor analysis conclusion,we can find that the load of each item of the corresponding common factor is all over 0.40.Confirmatory factor analysis HDFQ-C(based on the original questionnaire structure)showed that the factor model had a high fitting degree,the factor load was all over 0.40,the fitting index IFI=0.948,CFI=0.924,GFI=0.920,RMR=0.012,RMSEA=0.035,χ2/df=1.486.2.Current situation and influencing factors of heart disease risk knowledge of type 2diabetes patients in Anhui Province.The total score of HDFQ-C was(17.61±2.68)points,and the relationship between heart disease risk knowledge and diabetes and heart disease was(11.01±2.33)points and(6.60±1.69)points,respectively.Multiple linear regression analysis results show that the education level,occupation,family history of diabetes or not,whether to have high blood pressure,whether suffering from cardiovascular disease,whether patients with hyperlipidemia,whether received diabetes health education,accept the diabetes health education form,attitude is the main factors influencing the risk of heart disease knowledge,T2 DM patients a total of73.5% of the total variance explained.Conclusion1.The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of HDFQ is good,so the Chinese version of HDFQ can be used to analyze and evaluate the knowledge of heart disease risk in domestic patients with type 2 diabetes.2.The results show that the domestic patients with type 2 diabetes,heart disease risk knowledge reserves is insufficient,medical institutions and community should be highly concerned about the health of the risk of heart disease knowledge propaganda and education,should organize scientific and effective health education curriculum,improve the level of grasp such a patient’s risk of heart disease,reduce the incidence of diabetes complicated with heart disease. |
