Effect Of Modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction On Level Of VEGF And Ang-2 In Ⅲ And Ⅳ Stage DKD

Objective:To study the effect of Jiawei Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and angiopoietin-2(Ang-2)in patients with Ⅲand Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of both Qi and Yin and blood stasis syndrome,and explore its effect on the blood vessels of diabetic nephropathy The protective effect of endothelial cells.Methods: The experiment sets a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was selected from Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to October 2020 in 33 patients with stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ type 2 diabetic nephropathy diagnosed with Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in TCM differentiation;the control group was selected from Jiangsu Province Jia Wang District People’s Hospital was diagnosed with stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ type 2 diabetic nephropathy from March 2019 to October 2020,and 33 cases of patients with Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were diagnosed in TCM.Three patients in the control group withdrew from the trial because they were lost to follow-up.The control group was treated with Cozaar to the basic treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction.To compare the clinical efficacy and serum VEGF,Ang-2 levels,TCM syndrome scores,urine protein quantification,blood glucose,blood lipids,renal function and safety index changes between the two groups after 12 weeks of treatment and before treatment,using SPSS23.0 software Carry out test results analysis.Results: 1.After treatment in the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.88%,the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.Compared with the treatment group before treatment,24h-UTP,U-m ALb,Scr,BUN,FPG,Hb Alc,TC,TG levels improved(P<0.05);and U-m ALb,FPG levels improved better In the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparing the total scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment,the scores of syndromes decreased after treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of the total score of syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The individual syndrome scores of the two groups were improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05);and the improvement in fatigue,waist and knee soreness,thirst and drinking,dry stool,skin nail and numbness,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.Compared before and after treatment,the levels of VEGF and Ang-2 in the two groups decreased(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of VEGF and Ang-2in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).5.In this experiment,there was 1 case of potassium ion increase in the control group.There were no abnormalities in liver function,electrocardiogram,blood routine,stool routine + occult blood test in the two groups.Conclusions: 1.Modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction can reduce urine protein in patients with stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ DKD,improve renal function,and regulate glucose and lipid metabolism.2.Modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction can significantly improve TCM syndromes in patients with DKD stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ with deficiency of both Qi and Yin and blood stasis.3.Modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction can down-regulate the levels of serum VEGF and Ang-2 in patients with DKD,thereby protecting glomerular endothelial cells and reducing urine protein excretion.
