Investigation On Current Situation Of Cardiovascular Medical Service Ability In Tertiary Hospitals In Anhui Province And Study On Countermeasures To Improve It

Objectives:1.Understand the basic settings of cardiovascular specialties in tertiary hospitals in Anhui Province(including specialties and general),the scale of beds that have been set up for cardiovascular specialties,the construction of talent team,the diagnosis and treatment of difficult and critical diseases,and the development of key technologies.2.Analyze the distribution status of established cardiovascular specialist medical resources,provide a basis for adjusting and revitalizing the cardiovascular specialist medical resources in Anhui Province,improve the efficiency of medical resource allocation,and optimize resource allocation.3.Based on the actual situation in the region,analyze the existing problems and propose solutions based on the current status of the cardiovascular specialty medical service capabilities,and provide decision-making basis for relevant government departments.Research methods: Developed a questionnaire on cardiovascular specialist medical service capacity through literature research method,expert consultation method,and policy analysis research method,and learned about the medical service capacity of cardiovascular specialist hospitals in 45 tertiary hospitals in 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province through questionnaire survey;Use Excel(2013)to establish a database,use statistical software spss17.0 to conduct statistical analysis of survey data by area,and the statistical results are expressed and described according to the frequency and composition ratio of the area.Consequence:1.Discipline organization and system.The 45 tertiary hospitals surveyed all set up a separate department of cardiovascular medicine,only 11 hospitals set up a separate department of cardiac and macrovascular surgery,17 hospitals set up combined with thoracic surgery,17 hospitals did not set up a department of cardiac and macrovascular surgery.2.The size of beds.The 45 tertiary hospitals surveyed had a total of 4458 cardiovascular medicine beds and 1279 cardiac and vascular surgery beds.There are 441 intensive care beds for cardiovascular medicine and 163 intensive care beds for cardiac and vascular surgery.3.Health technicians.There were 941 registered doctors of cardiovascular medicine,1565 registered nurses,328 registered doctors of cardiac and vascular surgery,and 616 registered nurses in 45 tertiary hospitals surveyed.4.Equipment configuration.Of the 45 tertiary hospitals surveyed,37 have aging or insufficient equipment,which cannot meet the needs of clinical diagnosis and treatment.5.5.Current situation of specialized medical service capacity.According to the analysis of 9 diseases and 11 medical technologies in the department of cardiovascular medicine and 4 diseases and 8 medical technologies in the department of cardiac macrovascular surgery,only 8 hospitals out of 45 hospitals can carry out all the technologies.The average ratio of hospitals that could carry out 11 kinds of cardiovascular medical technology was 77.89%;Except for the heart transplantation technology,the average ratio of hospitals that all the 7 kinds of cardiac macrovascular surgical techniques could be carried out was 32.38%.Conclusions: The medical service ability of cardiovascular specialty in tertiary hospitals in Anhui Province needs to be improved,and there are certain gaps in all aspects compared with the "Standards for Setting Medical Service Capability in tertiary hospitals",Shanghai,Zhejiang and other places.1.The disciplinary system is not perfect,the internal and surgical Settings of cardiovascular specialty are not coordinated,and the medical service force of surgery needs to be strengthened.2.The allocation of cardiovascular medical resources is unbalanced in Anhui Province.According to the regions of northern Anhui,central Anhui and southern Anhui,central Anhui is better than northern Anhui,while southern Anhui is the worst.The human resources of cardiovascular specialty are relatively short,especially the technical personnel of surgical specialty are few.Specialized medical service capacity is relatively insufficient,can not meet the needs of patients in the region.3,suggest that the relevant departments to strengthen the fine management,improve the specialty setting,optimize specialty medical resource allocation,rational allocation of critical medical equipment,to strengthen the specialized talented person troop construction,pay attention to introduction and training of specialized subject of high-end talent,and gradually perfect the implementation of the relevant supporting policies,encourage and guide the multilateral force to participate in medical market,To improve the cardiovascular specialty medical service capacity of tertiary hospitals in Anhui Province.
