Objective:In this study,a self-developed questionnaire on unmet needs of supportive services for patients with Parkinson’s disease was used to investigate the status quo,and the unmet needs of supportive services for patients with Parkinson’s disease and its influencing factors were analyzed,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical development of personalized intervention measures.Methods:1.A questionnaire on unmet needs of supportive services for Parkinson’s patients was preliminarily constructed through literature analysis,and the questionnaire was further revised by expert letter consultation,and its reliability and validity was tested through pre-survey.2.Patients with Parkinson’s disease in Jiangxi Provincial Class A General Hospital were selected as the investigation objects,and the general situation,unmet needs of supportive services,social support and other aspects of the patients were investigated.A total of 160 questionnaires were sent out and 151 valid data were obtained.SPSS 26.0 was used for analysis.Results:1.Questionnaire preparation: The Parkinson’s patient supportive service unmet needs questionnaire compiled in this study is divided into 5 dimensions,including physiological needs,safety needs,love and belonging needs,respect needs,and self-realization needs,with a total of 32 items.The total Cronbach’s α is 0.895,and the total score-half reliability is 0.721;the range of Cronbach’s α for each dimension is 0.784~0.889,and the split-half reliability range is 0.709~0.905;the range of I-CVI is 0.875~1,and the S-CVI is 0.97,which is Parkinson The questionnaire for patients with unmet needs for supportive services has good reliability and validity.2.Support service demand and unmet demand score: The total score of PD patients’ supportive service demand was(101.68±10.57),the total score of PD patients’ unmet support service demand was(87.72±8.82),and the total score of PD patients’ social support was(38.29±6.85).3.The single factor analysis results: age,marital status,living style,the main caregivers,occupational status,family per capita income,educational level,course of understanding,disease,medical treatment charge payment,self-care ability in patients with Parkinson’s disease staging,supporting service demand scores and unmet needs score had significant difference(P<0.05),while gender,occupation and main manifestation of disease had no significant difference in the scores of supportive service needs and unmet needs(P>0.05).4.Pearson correlation analysis results: physiological needs,safety needs,love and belonging needs,respect needs,self-actualization needs of Parkinson’s patients were negatively correlated with social support;In Parkinson’s patients,physiological unmet needs,safety unmet needs,love and belonging unmet needs,respect unmet needs were negatively correlated with social support.5.Multivariate analysis results: social support,family per capita monthly income,understanding of the disease,age,education level and other 5 variables into the regression equation,can explain the variation of support service demand 54.4% of Parkinson’s patients;Four variables,including social support,self-care ability,payment method of medical expenses(employee health insurance),and per capita monthly income of family,were included into the regression equation,which could explain 61.7% of the variation in the unmet demand for supportive services in PD patients.Conclusion:1.The questionnaire of unmet needs of supportive services for patients with Parkinson’s disease compiled in this study is reasonable and reliable,which can objectively and accurately reflect the unmet needs of supportive services for patients with Parkinson’s disease.2.The level of unmet needs of supportive services for Parkinson’s patients needs to be improved,and social support is at a medium level;Social support,per capita monthly income of the family,understanding of the disease,age and educational level are the main influencing factors of PD patients’ demand for supportive services.Social support,self-care ability,payment method of medical expenses(employee insurance),and per capita monthly income of family were the main influencing factors of unmet needs of supportive services for PD patients.Aiming at the lack of social support,low self-care ability and weak economic conditions,targeted intervention measures should be proposed to improve the physical and mental needs of patients and improve their quality of life.
