Objective Objective to explore the real experience,feelings and service needs of patients with CKD in the process of nutrition management,understand the cognition of patients with CKD on nutrition management,investigate the status quo of nutrition service use and demand of patients with CKD,and analyze the related use,demand and influencing factors of different nutrition services of patients with CKD in different stages.Methods This study is divided into three parts.The first part:descriptive research part:through semi-structured interviews,CKD patients were interviewed until the data-was saturated.The traditional content analysis method of qualitative content analysis was used to analyze all the interview data to explore the real experience,feelings and service needs of CKD patients in the process of nutrition management.The second part:the questionnaire of nutritional service needs of CKD patients:on the basis of qualitative research interviews,extensive literature review,preliminary formulation of questionnaire items;15 experts in clinical,nursing and nutrition fields conducted two rounds of expert consultation to determine the items of the questionnaire;Through a small-scale pre survey of 30 CKD patients,the language and difficulty of the questionnaire were adjusted;Finally,the general data sheet of CKD patients and the questionnaire about nutritional service demand of CKD patients were determined.The third part:on-site investigation part:the convenience sampling method was used to investigate the status quo of nutrition service use and demand of 251 CKD patients by questionnaire,and the data were analyzed by SPSS software.Results The first part:descriptive research analysis extracted four topics:1.The knowledge of diet and nutrition is complex and difficult to master;2.It is difficult to insist on nutrition management;3.The mood changes frequently,and the mood is easily affected;4.Looking forward to various forms of nutrition services.The second part:the questionnaire is divided into two dimensions,namely the status quo of nutrition service use and the status quo of nutrition service demand of CKD patients,covering 17 items.Part three:71.3%of the patients had received nutrition service,and 47.8%of the patients had demand for nutrition service.The overall average score of CKD nutrition service utilization was(3.78 0.05)± 0.166);The average score of ckdl-2 patients was(2.60 2±822),and the average score of ckd3-5(non dialysis)patients was(4.37 2± 252),and the average score of ckd5(dialysis)patients was(4.60 2 ± 2.335);Ckd1-2 patients who received nutrition services were significantly less than ckd3-5 patients.The overall average score of nutritional service demand of CKD patients was(7.401±929),and the average score of ckd1-2 patients was(8.563±507),and the average score of ckd3-5 patients was(7.38 4 ± 494),and the average score of ckd5 dialysis patients was(6.18 3±186),and the demand for nutritional services of ckdl-2 patients was significantly higher than that of ckd5 dialysis patients.Age,education level,marital status,occupation,living style,family per capita monthly income,years of illness,CKD stage,dialysis or not were the single factors influencing patients’ demand for CKD nutritional services;The regression model analysis showed that occupation,education level,CKD stage and dialysis were the main influencing factors.Conclusion 1.In the process of nutrition management,medical staff should pay attention to the personal experience of patients with CKD,understand the difficulties,emotional changes and coping styles faced by patients in living habits and social communication,popularize correct diet nutrition knowledge,give positive guidance and psychological support,and establish the confidence of patients with CKD nutrition management,To carry out a variety of nutritional services to meet the needs of patients for nutritional services.2.Most CKD patients have received nutrition services,ckdl-2 patients’ understanding and use of nutrition services is far lower than other patients,CKD dialysis patients’ demand for nutrition services is lower.Occupation,education level,CKD stage and dialysis are the main factors that affect the patients’ demand for nutritional services.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out"1-to-1" individualized nutritional services for CKD patients with different characteristics.
