| Objective:To evaluate the value of Linked color imaging(LCI)in the diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection. Methods:Eight Chinese and English database platforms including CNKI,CBM,VIP,Wang Fang Data,Embase,Pubmed,Cocrane and Web of Science were searched by computer. The diagnostic observational experimental study on LCI diagnosis of HP infection from the establishment of the database to February 2021 was searched. Two researchers screened the literature independently. The final included literature was evaluated by QUADAS-2,a diagnostic trial evidence quality risk assessment tool of Cochrane collaboration network, and the relevant data were extracted.Meta-DISc and Stata were used for statistical analysis. Results:A total of 783 patients were included in 6 literatures, and the quality evaluation of the literature was low risk. The total sensitivity, specificity and AUC value of LCI in the diagnosis of HP infection were 0.76(0.72-0.80),0.90(0.88-0.92)and 0.8988 respectively. We further directly compared the sensitivity, specificity and AUC value of LCI and WLI in the diagnosis of HP infection were 0.73(0.67-0.78)vs0.46(0.40-0.52),p=0.029,0.89(0.85-0.92)vs 0.88(0.84-0.92),p=0.653,0.88 vs 0.76,p= 0.898.In the comparison of endoscopic diagnosis of HP infection with Quantification criteria, the sensitivity, specificity and AUC value of LCI in the diagnosis of HP infection were 0.83(0.78-0.87)vs 0.69(0.63-0.75),p=0.209,0.92(0.89-0.94)vs 0.88(0.85-0.91),p=0.752,0.95 vs 0.87,p = 0.8749.Conclusion:LCI is of high diagnostic value in the diagnosis of HP infection, especially the sensitivity is better than WLI,It also shows a high diagnostic value in whether the endoscopic diagnostic criteria are quantified or not,but the reliability of the results is affected by heterogeneity. |
