Objective To summarize the best evidence of interventional plan in the transitional period of extended care for patients with hip arthroplasty,and to explore the effects of visual management on hip function,compliance behavior,rehabilitation self-efficacy,and home environment safety rate of patients in the transitional period of extended care based on the best evidence summary.Methods The study was divided into two parts:1.Summary of the best evidence: By summarizing and analyzing the best evidence of the intervention plan for the transitional period of extended care for patients with hip arthroplasty,it provides reference and reference for the formulation and improvement of the transitional period of extended care for patients with hip arthroplasty.2.Experimental study: Hip replacement patients treated in a Grade A hospital in Zhenjiang,Jiangsu Province from May to November 2020 were included as the research subjects.This study was conducted in two wards,with 45 patients in the experimental group including bone 1 and 46 in the control group including bone 2.The control group received telephone return visit combined with regular outpatient follow-up,while the experimental group received visual management intervention based on the best evidence summary.Harris hip scale,compliance behavior questionnaire,rehabilitation self-efficacy scale and home environment safety assessment scale were used to evaluate patients before and after intervention.Results1.A total of 12 literatures were included in the summary of the best evidence,including the three-way linkage between hospital,community and family,based on Internet We Chat platform,and the process arrangement of empowerment education program;According to the needs of patients from the rehabilitation training,daily life education and drug management Angle of health education;Coordinated the allocation of health professionals in a multidisciplinary team,and 20 pieces of evidence were produced.2.There was no significant difference in baseline information between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05).3.At 1 month and 3 months after discharge,the three evaluation indexes in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,namely Harris score,compliance behavior and rehabilitation self-efficacy(P < 0.05),and there were interaction effects(P < 0.05).One month after intervention,the rate of home environment safety in experimental group was higher than that before intervention(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.summarize the best evidence pointed out that the ternary linkage continue nursing,based on the Internet platform of remote mode,multidisciplinary collaborative form of intervention in our country is still in the exploratory stage,the domestic clinical workers should fully consider the patient’s own situation,and then using the experience of Europe and America,through the Internet platform,in the form of convenience of patients and nursing experts online communication,provide patients after discharge follow-up;Nursing staff need to arrange rehabilitation training and health education of daily activities and drug management according to patients’ rehabilitation needs and recovery situation.2.Visual management based on the best evidence summary can improve patients’ hip function,compliance behavior,rehabilitation self-efficacy and home environment safety fulfillment rate.Visual management makes the contents of rehabilitation guidance transparent,visual and intuitive,which is convenient for patients to carry out rehabilitation training and daily activities according to their own recovery situation and needs.It is an intervention method with strong operability.
