Objective:This study aims to evaluate the effective body mass intervention to slow down the process of liver fibrosis and liver fat change in CHB and/or NAFLD patients in Qinghai area.In order to guide such patients to reduce body mass to slow down the further development of the disease,to a certain extent improve prognosis and improve the quality of life. Methods:A total of 160 patients were collected,A group(chronic hepatitis B)52 cases,B group(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease)58 cases,C group(chronic hepatitis B and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease)50 cases.LSM,CAP,General information on liver function and blood lipids,The nutrition department of Qinghai Provincial People’s Hospital and the members of the research group conducted the intervention guidance of body mass for 6 months in three groups of cases,Make weight loss plan according to the actual situation of the patient,After the intervention,To determine whether effective body mass intervention(BMI reduction≥2 kg/m~2)can slow down the degree of liver fibrosis and hepatic steatosis in the three groups, and the effect on liver function and blood lipid index.Results:1:A,B and C three groups of cases after 6 months of body mass intervention,The fat attenuation coefficient of the intervention effective group(BMI decreased≥2 kg/m~2)decreased compared with that of the intervention ineffective group(BMI decreased<2 kg/m~2),(t=3.088,P=0.003;t=2.729,P=0.08;t=2.502,P=0.016)(P<0.05),difference was statistically significant.2:After 6 months of body mass intervention,The hepatic fibrosis index of the intervention effective group decreased compared with that of the intervention ineffective group(t=3.180,P=0.002)(P<0.05),The ALT of liver function index decreased compared with before intervention,(t=3.532,P=0.001)(P<0.05),All the differences were statistically significant.3:after 6 months of body mass intervention, the blood lipid index of the effective intervention group decreased to different degrees than that of the ineffective intervention group. In particular, the improvement of TG and LDL-D were obvious and statistically significant. Conclusions:This study confirmed that effective weight loss intervention can effectively alleviate the degree of liver fat change in patients with simple NAFLD and NAFLD complicated with CHB,especially in NAFLD patients without complicated CHB.On this basis,it can control the further development of liver fibrosis and improve the ALT.liver function index also can be improved among three groups of patients’blood lipid index, especially the TG and LDL-D improvement is much obvious.
