Objective: To investigate the parameters of fat attenuation(FAI)and sex, age, body mass index(BMI),ALT,AST,HBV-DNA,and liver stiffness values of patients with chronic hepatitis B and non-alcoholic fatty liver(NAFLD)who underwent transient elasticity testing. The correlation of factors such as LSM)provides a clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of hepatic steatosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B;the differences in the distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with chronic hepatitis B and NAFLD between light, moderate, and severe fatty lesions and FAI and The correlativity of various types of evidence provides a reference for the objectification of syndromes and syndrome differentiation.Methods:1.Patients with chronic hepatitis B combined with NAFLD were selected to improve general data, physical examination,TCM differentiation(experimental group)and liver function,HBV-DNA,HBs Ag,HBe Ag,HBe Ab,and color Doppler elastography Fibro Touch.2.According to the fat attenuation parameters(FAI)normal(<240.0 db/m),mild(240.0-265.0 db/m),moderate(265.1-295.0 db/m),severe(>295.0 db/m),divided into four Group, each group selected 30 people,of which the normal FAI group for the control group, light, moderate and severe groups for the experimental group.3.Informed consent and compliance with the criteria were recorded in 30 cases of normal, mild, moderate, and severe groups according to the time sequence of completion of Fibro Touch. After entering the group, questionnaires were completed(see Appendix 1 and Table 2).4.Statistical methods were used to analyze the study data, and the differences of the factors among the groups and the correlation between FAI and each factor were analyzed. The distribution differences between different TCM syndrome groups and the correlation between FAI and various syndromes were analyzed.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age,HBV-DNA,and AST between groups when compared between 120 patients(P>0.05),but differences werestatistically significant between genders,BMI,LSM,and FAI groups.Significance(P< 0.05).2.There was a positive correlation between FAI and gender,BMI,AST and ALT in the correlation analysis of fat loss parameters(FAI)and various factors. In multiple linear regression analysis, there was a correlation between ALT and BMI and FAI.It is:FAI=89.821+0.321*ALT+5.903*BMI.3.Among the 90 patients with chronic hepatitis B combined with NAFLD,there were mostly TCM syndromes in the mild and moderate group,13 in each group. The severe group had the largest proportion of phlegm and palpitation, accounting for 14 cases. The constituent ratios of TCM syndromes among the mild, moderate and severe groups were different and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.002<0.05).4.When the FAI of each syndrome was compared, there was a statistical difference between the spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome group(FAI291.07±19.14),the sputum syndrome group(FAI 298.55±26.52),and the liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome group(FAI 270.83±20.64).The significance of the study(P<0.05)was also statistically significant(P<0.05).There was also a significant difference between the FAI 298.55±26.52 and the FAI269.45±18.15.Conclusion:1.(1)In patients with chronic hepatitis B and NAFLD,the prevalence is higher in men than in patients with chronic hepatitis B.The higher the body mass index(BMI),the heavier the degree of hepatic steatosis;(2)The patients with chronic hepatitis B and mild NAFLD There was no significant difference in alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and liver stiffness(LSM)values compared with chronic hepatitis B alone;(3)Alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and liver stiffness(LSM)in patients with chronic hepatitis B and moderate to severe NAFLD)Compared with chronic hepatitis B alone, there was a statistically significant difference;(4)age,aspartate aminotransferase(AST),and HBV-DNA were not associated with the degree of fat lesions in patients with chronic hepatitis B.2.There was a positive correlation between FAI and BMI and ALT.3.Chronic hepatitis B combined with NAFLD early light, moderate fat lesionsmainly in wet turbidity within the suspension of evidence, severe fat lesions when the most common phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.4.The correlation between fat decay parameters(FAI)and TCM syndrome types was different. The FAI between different syndrome groups was different.Among them, the FAI was highest in the phlegm-independent syndrome group, and the FAI was smallest in the phlegm-intracted syndrome group.
