Clinical Observation Of Jianwei Zhitong Mixture In The Treatment Of Epigastric Pain Syndrome Of Liver-stomach Disharmony

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianwei Zhitong Mixture in the treatment of epigastric pain syndrome of liver-stomach disharmony,and to provide theoretical support for the treatment of the disease with Jianwei Zhitong Mixture.Methods:84 patients with EPS who met the inclusion criteria during the trial were selected as the research objects,and these patients were randomly divided into two groups,42 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Jianwei Zhitong Mixture,and the control group was treated with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,SF-NDI scale score and safety index of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded objectively.In addition,four weeks after the end of treatment,the recurrence rate of the two groups was observed and compared.Finally,the collected data were sorted out for statistical analysis,and the conclusion was drawn.Because 3 patients in the treatment group fell off,2 patients in the control group fell off and 2 patients were eliminated.Finally,77 patients completed all the procedures.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in gender,age and duration of epigastric pain syndrome between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Clinical efficacy analysis:The total effective rate of the treatment group was92.31%,and that of the control group was 73.68%,the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)Analysis of total score of TCM syndromes:After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were lower than that of the former(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).(4)Single symptom score analysis:After treatment,single symptom score of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).Specifically,there was no significant difference between the two groups in alleviating epigastric pain and upset symptoms(P>0.05),while the treatment group was superior to the control group in alleviating the symptoms of fullness of two flanks,attack or aggravation due to emotional factors,belching and sighing(P<0.05).(5)Quality of life efficacy analysis:After treatment,SF-NDI scores of the two groups were lower than before(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(6)Long term efficacy analysis:After 4 weeks of drug withdrawal,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 13.33%,which was significantly lower than 39.29% of the control group,the long-term effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(7)Safety evaluation:Two groups of patients in the course of treatment did not appear adverse reactions.Conclusion:Jianwei Zhitong Mixture is effective in the treatment of epigastric pain syndrome of liver-stomach disharmony,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,reduce the recurrence rate.Moreover,the security is reliable.It is worthy of further study.
