| Objective The goal of the present study were to observe the clinical curative effect of the Method of soothing the liver and harmonize the stomach treating Liver-stomach disharmony pattern of Functional dyspepsia.Method Patients with functional deyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups,assigned 30 patients in controlled group to receive domperidone tablets and Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets,another 30 patients in treated group was taken a Chinese herbal formula called Shugan Hewei Decoction,After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical curative effect was analyzed.Result Both the treated and the controlled group have significantly improved the symptoms in patients with functional dyspepsia after the treatment;Comparing the controlled group,the treated group showed a significant difference of statistical probability level (P<0.05)of postprandial fullness,early satiety,belching or torpid intake,it showed that the treated group could improve those symptoms better than the controlled group,but there was no difference on the other symptoms.The treated group showed a higher efficiency rate (93.3%) in compared to the controlled group (83.3%), showing a significant difference of statistical probability level (P<0.05)Conclude The Method of soothing the liver and harmonize the stomach has a significant effect on treating Liver-stomach disharmony pattern of functional dyspepsia. |
