| Objective:Based on the theory of meridians and acupoints in traditional Chinese medicine,this study conducted Hufu copper is passing the meridian scraping for patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD）to explore its influence on patients,in order to provide effective nursing intervention measures for AECOPD patients and provide objective basis for clinical application.Methods:Eighty cases of AECOPD inpatients with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome admitted to the pulmonary department of a Grade A hospital in Gansu Province from December 2019 to August 2020 were included.According to the random number table method,the control group was given guidance on daily life,diet,mood and medication.The observation group based on the control group followed Hufu copper is passing the meridian scraping,continuing to scrape for 20 to 30minutes at a frequency of 70 to 80 times per minute,once every three days,for a course of 2 weeks.The changes of pulmonary function indexes FEV1%and FEV1/FVC%,TCM syndrome score,dyspnea score,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test and 6-minute walk test were observed before and after intervention in two groups,and the effects of different intervention measures on AECOPD patients were compared.Results:1.Comparison of the general information of the two groups:there were no significant differences in the general information of the two groups in age,gender,education level and smoking history（P>0.05）,has the comparability;2.Comparison of lung function between the two groups:After 2 weeks,FEV1%and FEV1/FVC%of lung function indexes in the two groups were improved,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P<0.01）,indicating that the improvement of lung function indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group;3.Comparison of TCM symptoms in the two groups:After 2 weeks,scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups decreased,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P<0.05）,indicating that the improvement of TCM symptoms in the observation group was better than that in the control group;4.Comparison of dyspnea degree between the two groups:After 2 weeks,the MMRC score of the two groups decreased,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P<0.01）,indicating the improvement of dyspnea in the observation group was better than that in the control group;5.Comparison of quality of life between the two groups:after 2 weeks,CAT scores in both groups decreased,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P<0.05）,indicating that the improvement of quality of life in observation group was better than that in control group;6.Comparison of exercise tolerance between the two groups:after 2 weeks,the6-minute walking distance of both groups increased,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P<0.05）,indicating that the exercise tolerance of observation group was better than that of control group.Conclusion:（1）Hufu copper is passing the meridian scraping can effectively improve the lung function of patients with AECOPD and slow down the decline rate of lung function;（2）Hufu copper is passing the meridian scraping can effectively alleviate TCM syndrome scores of AECOPD patients and improve their clinical symptoms;（3）Hufu copper is passing the meridian scraping can significantly reduce dyspnea level in AECOPD patients and correct their ventilation function;（4）Hufu copper is passing the meridian scraping can improve the activity ability and quality of life of patients with AECOPD;（5）Hufu copper is passing the meridian scraping can increase the 6-minute walking distance of AECOPD patients,and improve their activity tolerance.It highlights the characteristics and advantages of external treatment and provides theoretical and practical basis for TCM nursing and prevention of the disease. |
