| Objective:This study was based on self-determination theory, clinical nurses for low-seniorit y resilience training, analysis of the impact of training on low capacity to adapt funded clinical nurses provide valuable reference for improving junior clinical nurse resilience.Methods:1.Preliminary investigation: through literature review and questionnaire survey, using stratified random proportional sampling and cluster sampling methods,1100 nurses in Huai ’an City were selected as research objects.Using general data、 mental resilience and burnout inventory to survey. On the basis of literature research, combined with the survey results,a psychological flexibility training program for low-age clinical nurses was initially formulated. On this basis, the final plan was initially formed through expert meetings.2.Formulation of intervention plan: Based on literature review and analysis of preliminary survey results, the intervention plan of psychological resilience management based on self-determination theory was finally formed through expert meeting method.3.Intervention : simple random sampling,60 clinical junior nurses from a Third-grade A hospital in Huai ’an for a 12-week intervention. Before and after the intervention, the subjects were investigated by questionnaire. The survey data was input into Excel, and SPSS 26.0 was used for data analysis.General data used frequency and composition ratios describe;Measurement data(mean ± standard deviation)said.Test data before and after the intervention comparing paired t,to P <0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.Results of preliminary investigation: 1100 nurses in Huai ’an city(1)Mental resilience : the average score of mental resilience each dimension was(32.47±8.62),(22.53±5.14)and(9.70±2.61),respectively.(2)Job burnout: the total score was(55.74±17.05)points,and the average scores of each dimension were successively(30.94±11.13)points for personal achievement,(19.10±11.96)points for emotional exhaustion,and(5.69±6.02)points for depersonalization.(3)Overall negative correlation(r=-0.65).Emotional exhaustion, depersonalization were negatively correlated with each dimension of mental resilience(r=-0.429,-0.337),and personal achievement was positively correlated with each dimension(r= 0.544),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Resilience and optimism were negatively correlated with burnout scores(r=-0.041,-0.043),but P>0.05.(4)Multiple regression analysis of influencing factors of job burnout: age、working years、educational background、professional title、status、employment mode、whether the only child、whether to have children、whether to receive training and mental resilience as independent variables.Emotional exhaustion、depersonalization、low sense of achievement and total job burnout as dependent variables, the results show that having or not children(β= 0.109),mental resilience(β=-0.061)and professional title(β=-0.036)are the main factors affecting job burnout.2.Results of the intervention stage: before the implementation, the mental resilience was(60.78±14.57)points,and the average scores of each dimension were successively(30.15±8.62)points for tenacity,(20.92±4.56)points for strength,and(9.72±2.70)points for optimism. The total score of job burnout was(60.68±16.75)points,and the average score of each dimension was emotional exhaustion(28.63±10.59)points,personal sense of achievement(21.37±9.87)points and depersonalization(10.68±5.61)points in order. After the implementation, the average scores of mental resilience(81.97±10.48),resilience(41.52±6.67),strength(27.57±3.10)and optimism(12.88±1.84)of the subjects were all higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05).The total average score of job burnout(54.82±15.59),emotional exhaustion(18.55±9.78),depersonalization(6.2±5.25).Individual achievement(30.07±9.28)was lower than before(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of literature reading and preliminary survey results, the intervention program of psychological resilience management based on self-determination theory was formed through expert meeting method.Through the intervention of mental resilience management based on self-determination theory in 60 clinical nurses with low seniority, the level of mental resilience of clinical nurses with low seniority can be improved.Improving their ability to cope with work stress and crisis, enhance their psychological adaptability, reduce job burnout, and positive attitude towards work. However, the research object of this study is only for clinical junior nurses, whether apply to other categories of nurses, the results have yet to be verified. The needed data in our study by clinical primary nurses’ self evaluation, the results there is a certain deviation. So,in the future, questionnaire method and interview method can be combined to increase the evaluation method of other evaluation. Therefore, the data will be more comprehensive and objective and provide a more valuable basis. |
