Objective: To observe the effect of subconjunctival injection of Conbercept ophthalmic injection at the end of glaucoma filtering surgery to inhibit the scarring of the filtering channel. Methods: Observed 60 patients(60 eyes)of primary chronic angle-closure glaucoma and primary open-angle glaucoma who attended Ningxia Eye Hospital from September 2018 to May 2019,and randomly divided them into the study group(sclera Sub-valve 5-FU wet compress Conbercept ophthalmic injection 0.5 mg subconjunctival injection)and the control group(sub-scleral 5-FU wet compress),of which 40 patients(40 eyes)completed a followup 12 mo,the study group 21 cases(21 eyes)and 19 cases(19 eyes)in the control group. The intraocular pressure, the height, range, hyperemia of the filtering bleb, and postoperative complications at 1week,1moth,3moth,6moth and 12 moth after operation were observed. Results: Compared with the control group, the study group had lower intraocular pressure at 6moth and 12 moth after surgery(P<0.05).The vertical height(H)of the filter bleb in the study group at 1moth,3moth,6moth,12 moth after the operation, and the level of the filter bleb(E)in the study group at 1week,6moth,12 moth after the operation were larger than those in the control group. There were statistical differences between the two groups(P <0.05).At 12 moth, there were 18 cases(86%)with functional filtering vesicles in the study group and 15 cases(79%)in the control group. There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no differences in postoperative complications of conjunctival wound leakage, corneal epithelial injury, anterior chamber hemorrhage, shallow anterior chamber and obstruction of the internal orifice of the filtering channel between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no choroidal detachment, anterior chamber inflammation, endophthalmitis, and systemic adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion: Subconjunctival injection of Conbercept in the surgical site at the end of glaucoma filtering surgery can inhibit the scarring of the filtering channel and maintain the functional filtering vesicles. It is a safe and effective treatment.
