Objective:By observing the effect of compound Huangbai mixture on wound pain,bleeding,defecation and wound healing after damp-heat injection circular mixed hemorrhoids,it provides a new idea for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine after damp-heat injection circular mixed hemorrhoids.Method:According to the principle of randomized control,66 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group with 33 cases each.Both groups underwent general anesthesia and local anesthesia under selective hemorrhoidectomy and stapling(TST)+ internal hemorrhoid ligation + external hemorrhoidectomy.The control group received conventional treatment after the operation,and the treatment group started from the first day after the operation.On the basis of conventional treatment,take the compound Huangbai mixture orally,observe and score the wound pain,bleeding and defecation on the 1st(before therapy),5th,10 th,and 15 th day after the operation,and calculate the 10 th day and the 10 th day after the operation.The wound healing rate on the 15 th day,and the wound healing time was recorded.The obtained data were statistically analyzed and compared to comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Compound Huangbai Mixture in the treatment of postoperative complications of damp-heat betting circular mixed hemorrhoids.Results:1.General situation: A total of 3 cases were dropped and eliminated during the test.The final effective cases were 31 in the treatment group and 32 in the control group.There were no significant differences in the age,gender,course of disease,number of surgical incisions,postoperative original wound area,and pre-treatment symptom scores between the two groups before medication(P>0.05),which is comparable.2.Pain: There was no significant difference in wound pain between the treatment group and the control group on the 1st and 15 th day after operation(P>0.05);on the 5th and 10 th day after the operation,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in alleviating postoperative pain.3.Bleeding:There was no significant difference in bleeding between the two groups on the 1st and 15 th day after surgery(P>0.05);on the 5th and 10 th day after surgery,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving postoperative bleeding.4.Defecation: There was no significant difference in defecation between the two groups on the 1st and 15 th day after surgery(P>0.05);on the 5th and 10 th day after surgery,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving postoperative bowel movements.5.Wound healing: There was a significant difference in the wound healing rate between the two groups on the 10 th and 15 th day after surgery(P<0.01);the difference in wound healing time between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01),the treatment group averaged The wound healing time was(15.58±1.59)days,and the average wound healing time of the control group was(17.28±2.07)days,indicating that the compound Huangbai mixture can effectively promote wound healing6.Overall efficacy: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.5% and that of the control group was 78.1%.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the overall efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control.Conclusion:Compound Huangbai Mixture can significantly improve the postoperative wound pain,bleeding and defecation of patients with damp-heat betting circular mixed hemorrhoids.It can effectively promote wound healing,reduce the pain of the patient,improve the quality of life of the patient,and shorten the postoperative recovery time.During the treatment period,the patient has no obvious adverse reactions,and the safety is high,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
