ObjectiveIn this study,Shenque point syndrome differentiation application was carried out on elderly patients with Qi deficiency constipation after hip fracture, and its influence on patients’ first defecation time, interval time of defecation, constipation symptoms, total clinical efficacy and comfort was evaluated,in order to provide a basis for more effective clinical application of acupoint application in the treatment of elderly hip fracture postoperative Qi deficiency constipation.MethodsTo from January 2020 to November 2020 in Henan Luoyang orthopedic hospital during a hip injury department of postoperative Qi deficiency constipation elderly hip fracture patients as the research object, according to include and exclude criteria to choose 80 patients, using SPSS software was a randomized,40 patients were randomly divided into test group and control group,40 cases, control group given basic treatment and care; The experimental group was given the Shenque point syndrome differentiation intervention on the basis of basic treatment and nursing. The intervention was done twice a day for 4 hours each time for a total of 7 days. After the intervention, the first defecation time and the interval between the two groups were compared. Before the intervention, the constipation symptom evaluation table and the constipation symptom self-rating scale after 7 days of intervention were compared between the two groups.Total clinical efficacy and the scores of comfort status scale after 7days of intervention were compared between the two groups.Results1 Baseline comparisonThere was no significant difference between the two groups in general information(age, gender, education level, occupation, monthly income, marital status, medical insurance type, past history, etc.),basic information of fracture(affected limb, fracture site, anesthesia method, operation method, whether to use analgesic pump, drainage tube,etc.)(P>0.05).Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the evaluation indexes(the constipation symptom evaluation table and the constipation symptom self-rating scale)between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2 First defecation time and intervalAfter the intervention, the first defecation time of the experimental group was earlier than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The defecation interval of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 Constipation symptoms3.1 Constipation symptom assessment table(1)Intra-group comparison: the total score of constipation symptom assessment table of the two groups after 7 days of intervention was significantly different from that before intervention(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between groups:after 7 days of intervention, compared with the control group, the total score of constipation symptom assessment table in the experimental group decreased more, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.2 Self-rating Constipation Symptoms Scale(1)Intra-group comparison: after 7 days of intervention, compared with before intervention, there were statistically significant differences in the total PAC-SYM scores between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)Intergroup comparison: after 7 days of intervention, compared with the control group, the total score of PAC-SYM in the experimental group decreased more, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.3 Total clinical efficacy The total effective rate of the experimental group(91.89%)was higher than that of the control group(84.21%).The difference in the judgment results of the clinical total efficacy of constipation symptoms was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 The comfort levelOn the 7 days after the intervention, the GCQ score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionShenque point syndrome differentiation and application can shorten the first defecation time and interval time of constipation in elderly patients with Qi deficiency constipation in postoperative period of hip fracture, improve constipation symptoms and constipation self-evaluation status, improve the clinical total effective rate of constipation symptoms, improve the comfort level.
