Objective: To observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion on the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with Yu-Zhuo-Zu-Se.Methods: A total of 70 patients who met the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of Chinese and Western medicine from January 2020 to December 2020 in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Dermatology and Internal Medicine of Longyan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were collected. The 70 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 35 cases in each group.Among them, the treatment group was given warm acupuncture, and the acupuncture points were Yinlingquan,Qihai,Sanyinjiao,Yingu,Daling and Ciliao, among which Qihai,Yinlingquan and Sanyinjiao were treated with warm acupuncture once a day from Monday to Saturday, with rest on Sunday, one week as one course of treatment and four consecutive courses of treatment. The control group was given 1 tablet of finasteride orally every day before going to bed,and it was treated continuously for 28 days,28 days being a course of treatment. The international prostate symptom score(IPSS),postvoid residual volume(PRV)and prostate volume(PV)were recorded before and after treatment. The collected data were statistically analyzed by SPSS22.0 software. Results:Among the collected cases,1 case was eliminated in the treatment group,1 case in the control group, and 68 cases were finally completed. Before treatment, the general data, age, course of disease, severity of illness,IPSS score, bladder residual urine volume and prostate volume of the two groups were statistically analyzed, with no significant difference(P>0.05).1.Comparison of clinical total effective rate: After 4 weeks of treatment,23 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective in the treatment group, with the total effective rate reaching 97.05%,of which the obvious effective rate was 67.64%;In the control group,16 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective, and 7 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate reached 79.41%,and the obvious effective rate was47.05%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P=0.039<0.05),and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.2.Comparison of International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS): The IPSS scores of the two groups decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(Z=﹣6.955,P = 0.00 < 0.01).The difference was statistically significant(Z=﹣2.489,P=0.013<0.05).It shows that both groups have curative effect on improving IPSS score, and the improvement of treatment group is better than that of control group.3.comparison of bladder residual urine volume: the bladder residual urine volume of the two groups decreased after treatment compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(Z=﹣6.955,P = 0.00 < 0.01).The difference was statistically significant(Z=3.514,P=0.00<0.01).It shows that both groups have curative effect on improving bladder residual urine volume, and the improvement of treatment group is better than that of control group.4.Comparison of prostate volume: After treatment, the prostate volume of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(Z=﹣6.844,P = 0.00 < 0.01).The difference was statistically significant(Z=2.269,P=0.023<0.05).It shows that both groups have curative effect on improving prostate volume, and the improvement of treatment group is better than that of control group.5.Comparison of safety: During the observation period, there were no adverse reactions in both groups, and the safety indexes were within physiological range. There was no statistical difference between the two groups after treatment. Conclusion: 1.Warm acupuncture and oral finasteride tablets can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.2.The warm acupuncture group is superior to the oral finasteride group in improving IPSS score, bladder residual urine volume and prostate volume of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia of stasis obstruction type.3.During the observation, there were no adverse reactions in the two groups, which provided a safer and more effective treatment plan for the clinical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with blood stasis and obstruction.
