Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Sulian Zhiou Decoction combined with intravenous rehydration in treating hyperemesis gravidarum due to Liver Stomach Disharmony, and to explore the effective treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum with Liver Stomach Disharmony. Methods: From January 2020 to December 2020,60 cases of hyperemesis gravidarum patients with Liver Stomach Disharmony and hyperemesis gravidarum who were hospitalized in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Gynecology of Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the random number method, they were randomly divided into the therapy group and the control group with 30 cases each. The therapy group was treated with Sulian Zhiou Decoction combined with intravenous fluid rehydration, and the control group was treated with intravenous fluid rehydration.During the treatment, the degree of nausea and vomiting, the quantitative score of TCM symptoms, and the status of urine ketone bodies and electrolytes of each group of patients were recorded in time. After the treatment,follow-up and fill out the follow-up form.Result:1.Comparison before treatment: There were no significant differences in age, menopausal days, course of disease, urinary ketone bodies, electrolytes(potassium and sodium),degree of nausea and vomiting, and TCM syndrome scores before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05)),both are comparable.2.Comparison of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment: intra-group comparison: the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both treatment methods can improve the patient’s TCM symptoms;comparison between groups after treatment: the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the therapy group is better than the control group in improving the scores of TCM syndromes.3.Comparison of the degree of nausea and vomiting before and after treatment:intra-group comparison: the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both treatment methods can reduce the patient’s nausea and vomiting;comparison between groups after treatment: the difference is statistically significant Significance(P<0.05),indicating that the therapy group is more effective than the control group in reducing the patient’s nausea and vomiting.4.Comparison of urine ketone body levels before and after treatment: intra-group comparison: the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both treatment methods can improve urine ketone body levels;comparison between groups after treatment:the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the therapy group is better than the control group in improving the level of urine ketone bodies.5.Electrolyte comparison before and after treatment: intra-group comparison: the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both treatment methods can improve the patient’s blood potassium and blood sodium levels;comparison between groups after treatment,The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in the improvement of serum potassium and sodium levels between the two groups of treatment methods.6.Comparison of efficacy: The comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the efficacy of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was better than that in the control group. The comprehensive curative effect comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the comprehensive curative effect ofthe therapy group was better than that of the control group.7.Compared the treatment time between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It indicates that the treatment time of the therapy group is shorter than that of the control group.8.Comparison of follow-up recurrence rates between the two groups: The comparison of the recurrence rates of the two groups of patients in the 1-month follow-up after discharge was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the recurrence rate of the patients in the therapy group was lower than the control. Conclusion:The clinical trials of this subject have shown that Sulian Zhiou Decoction combined with intravenous rehydration can reduce the degree of nausea and vomiting in patients with hyperemesis gravidarum, shorten the treatment time, reduce the recurrence rate, and improve the quality of life. |
