| Purpose:The clinical efficacy and feasibility of acupoint injection and orange peel zhuru decoction in the treatment of patients with hepatogastric discord pregnancy obstruction were observed and compared.A safer and more reliable treatment is explored to improve the quality of life of many pregnant women with severe pregnancy obstruction. Methods:The study subjects were 90 patients with hepatogastric discord pregnancy obstruction from 2021.01 to 2021.12 from the gynecological ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine. The random number method was used to randomly divide into 3 groups,30 cases in each of the 3 observation groups,7 days for 1 course of treatment, and 2 courses of conventional treatment. If the subject is cured during or after the first course of treatment, the observation can be completed;if the urine ketone body has not turned negative and the clinical symptoms and signs have not recovered after the first course of treatment, the second course of treatment should be continued;if the symptoms and signs are cured and the urine ketone body turns negative during or after the second course of treatment, the observation is also deemed to be completed, and if the condition does not improve after the end of the second course of treatment, the clinical observation will be deemed as invalid. The enrolled patients were treated with basic rehydration therapy, group A was treated with vitamin B6 injection at acupoints, group B was treated with orange peel zhuru soup plus minus oral treatment, and group C was given acupoint injection vitamin B6 and orange peel zhuru decoction plus minus oral combination therapy. Before treatment, the subject’s general information,KPS score, serum sodium and potassium concentration were recorded, the subject’s blood routine and liver and kidney function indexes, urine ketones, nausea and vomiting, and TCM syndrome score were recorded, and the occurrence of adverse reactions and antiemetic drug supplementation were recorded after the treatment.SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of acupoint injection of vitamin B6,orange peel zhuru decoction plus minus oral administration and the combination of the two.Results:1 Baseline analysisA total of 90 subjects completed the study, including 30 in group A,30 in group B and30 in group C.There were no significant differences in age, height, weight, alcohol history, motion sickness, pregnancy and vomiting history, pregnancy and childbirth history, days of menopause, days of disease course,KPS score, blood routine before treatment, liver and kidney function indexes, serum potassium and sodium concentration before treatment, urinary ketone before treatment, degree of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy before treatment, and TCM syndrome score before treatment(P>0.05),which were comparable.2 Comparison of total treatment durationThe treatment course of vitamin B6 injection combined with orange peel zhuru decoction plus minus oral group was significantly shortened, and the treatment course was significantly different from that between the acupoint injection group alone and the traditional Chinese medicine oral group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the treatment course between the acupoint injection vitamin B6 group and the oral orange peel zhuru soup plus and minus group(P>0.05).3 Comparison of the degree of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy Vitamin B6 injection at acupoints, plus or minus from oral orange peel zhuru soup and the combination of the two can effectively alleviate the symptoms of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy, and the alleviation of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy in the acupoint injection combined with oral group of traditional Chinese medicine was more significant and statistically significant than that in the group of acupoint injection alone and the oral group of traditional Chinese medicine(P <0.05),there was no significant difference between the acupoint injection group alone and the oral Chinese medicine group for the relief of nausea and vomiting symptoms during pregnancy, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4 Comparison of TCM symptom scoresThe scores of TCM syndrome before and after treatment of the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome scores of acupoint injection combined with oral Chinese medicine group were compared with acupoint injection alone and oral group of traditional Chinese medicine, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but the difference between the acupoint injection group and the oral group of traditional Chinese medicine was not significant and not statistically significant(P>0.05).5 Comparison of comprehensive efficacyThe efficacy of acupoint injection of vitamin B6 combined with orange peel zhuru decoction plus minus oral group was significantly better than that of acupoint injection alone and oral traditional Chinese medicine group, with significant differences(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in efficacy between the acupoint injection group alone and the oral group of traditional Chinese medicine(P>0.05).6 Security IndicatorsAfter treatment, there were no abnormalities in the safety indicators such as heart rate, body temperature, blood pressure, blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, electrocardiogram, and obstetrics and gynecology color ultrasound of the three groups, and no adverse reactions occurred in all subjects. Conclusion:Acupoint injection of vitamin B6 combined with oral orange peel zhuru soup plus minus and conventional rehydration therapy can effectively relieve nausea and vomiting during pregnancy, shorten the total course of treatment, and is better than acupoint injection and orange peel zhuru soup treatment alone in improving the quality of maternal life, and the treatment method is safe and reliable, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
