| Purpose:Based on Ye Tianshi s medical records of Clinical Syndrome guide,this paper systematically sorts out and analyzes the medical records in which Ye Tianshi applied the method of tongyang,probes into the law of compatibility of prescriptions and herbs in which Ye Tianshi applied the method of tong yang in Clinical Syndrome,and deeply excavates the essence of Ye Tianshi s theory of tong yang,in order to better inherit and carry forward the academic experience of Ye Tianshi,lay a foundation for enriching and developing the related theory of Tongyang method,and effectively guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment and prescription,improve the clinical curative effect of TCM.Methods:1.Literature research method,through reading "clinical guide medical record",comb and collect the relevant medical record of Ye’s Tong yang method,consult the related literature of CNKI,Wanfang Data,CQVIP,Chinese medical code and other databases.2.According to the methods of classification,disease classification,medicine classification and prescription classification,the data table of Tong yang forensic medical record and prescription was established.Comprehensive Analysis of Ye’s specific treatment of Yang meaning and principle as well as the law of prescription.3.By Comparative Analysis,The law and symptom of the prescription under the same treatment were compared and analyzed,and the core elements and the law of compatibility were determined.Result:1.This subject takes the medical records related to Tong yang therapy in "clinical guideline medical records" as the research object,including 257 medical records of initial examination and re-examination,accounting for 9.19% of the total number of medical records;the medical records related to Tong yang therapy in "clinical guideline medical records" involve many kinds of diseases and syndromes,there are 102 kinds of diseases and syndromes in the cases of exogenous pathogenic factors and internal injuries,including 28 kinds of diseases and syndromes in the cases of cold syndrome and Yang Syndrome,40 kinds of diseases and syndromes in the cases of damp pathogen obstructing Yang,42 kinds of diseases and syndromes in the cases of phlegm pathogen obstructing Yang,38 kinds of diseases and syndromes in the cases of phlegm pathogen obstructing Yang,110 kinds of diseases and syndromes in the cases of damp pathogen obstructing Yang The cases of stagnation of yang qi due to blood stasis involved 9 types of diseases and syndromes,20 cases in total,and the cases of depression due to Yang qi due to summer depression involved 6types of diseases and syndromes,45 cases in total.2.In terms of drug nature and taste,136 prescriptions of Tong yang forensic medical records were used in the clinical guideline medical records for a total of 1821 times.Among them,48 herbs of cold and cool type were used 674 times,47 herbs of warm and hot type were used 923 times,and 45 herbs of flat type were used 364 times.3.In terms of group method and mechanism of action,the method of tong Yang in Ye’s clinical guideline medical record was used under different etiological factors and pathogenesis,such as cold,heat,phlegm,blood stasis and heat,in order to restore the circulation of Yang qi,it has the functions of regulating Qi,clearing heat and
