Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis (Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome) By Ren Du Zhou-Tian Moxibustion Combined With Filling Tian Sui Wan

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ren Du Zhou-tian moxibustion combined with filling Tian Sui Wan in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(kidney yang deficiency syndrome),at the same time,to explore the therapeutic mechanism of this method in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:60 patients with AS who met the criteria were divided randomly into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Ren Du Zhou-tian moxibustion combined with filling Tian Sui Wan.(moxibustion for 2 hours each time,once a week,8 times in total;filling pulp pills for 5g each time,twice a day,for a total of 8 weeks).The control group was treated with oral Sulfasalazine Enteric-coated Tablets(the first week:0.25 g each time;the second week:0.5g each time;the third week:0.75 g each time;after the fourth week:0.75 g each time,oral administration three times a day after meals)and Celecoxib Capsules(0.2g each time,twice a day)for a total of 8 weeks.The scores of TCM syndrome,pillow-to-wall distance,thoracic range of motion,Hip-to-ground distance,Schober test,total evaluation PGA,BASDAI score,C-reactive protein and ESR were observed and analyzed before and after treatment.All the above indicators were statistically analyzed using the software SPSS 19.0.Results:1.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before and after treatment: The results of paired sample t-test showed that the comparison of syndrome scores between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment in their respective groups suggested that the two groups of syndrome scoresafter treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);the results of independent sample t-test showed that there was a difference between the two groups of TCM syndrome scores after treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group.2.The comparison result of the two groups physical signs before and after treatment showed that after treatment,the PGA score,BASDAI score,pillow-to-wall distance and hip-to-ground distance in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the Schober test and chest activity were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);the results of independent sample t-test showed that there was a difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the PGA score,BASDAI score,pillow-to-wall distance,and hip-to-ground distance in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the Schober test and thoracic activity were significantly higher than those in the control group.3.The comparison result of C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate before and after treatment showed that after treatment,the results of C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in treatment group and control group were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05).The results of independent sample t-test showed that after treatment,the results of C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There were differences(P<0.05),and the results of C-reactive protein and ESR in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group,respectively.4.Total disease efficacy: The total effective rate of the treatment group was93.33%;the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%.The total curative effect of two groups has significant statistical meaning compared with P<0.05,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.5.The result of curative effect of TCM syndromes: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%.The total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.The total curative effect of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Ren Du Zhou-tian moxibustion combined with filling Tian Sui Wan in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(kidney-yang deficiency syndrome)works better than the treatment plan of the control group.It can significantly improve the clinlcalsymptom and signs of patients,It can also reduce the inflammatory response.
