The Health Communication Research Of Rural Ethnic Areas

Health issue relates to the national economy and people’s livelihood.In the 21^stcentury,with the development of social economy,the popularization of health knowledge,the progress of ideology and the reform of medical and health technology,the public’s attention on health problems is increasing dramatically,especially in rural areas.Based on the investigation and research on the health communication situation of M town in rural areas,an field investigation on the health communication status was carried out,which adopted a method of qualitative and quantitative mixed research.A total of 280 valid questionnaires were collected from 300 villagers by random distribution of questionnaires.Meanwhile,20 typical villagers were interviewed to deeply investigate the status of health transmission in M town.The current situation and existing problems of health communication in M Town were made clear through the analysis of the questionnaire.On this basis,the factors that restricting the health communication in M Town were found out,and targeted suggestions and countermeasures according to the problems were put forward.This article is divided into five parts:the first one briefly introduces the background of the topic,the significance of the research,the research status,the research design and research methods.The second part briefly introduces the health communication environment of M Town,and analyzes the model and characteristics of health information transmission in M town with questionnaire.The third part analyzes the current situation and problems of health communication in M town.The fourth part,on the basis of the problems and current situation,analyzes the factors restricting the health communication in rural areas.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the health communication in rural areas.Health communication in rural areas has been facing many difficulties in China.Through the analysis of the present situation,many problems in health communication were found in rural areas.There are still multiple factors restrict the health communication in rural areas.This research aimed at how to promote health communication in rural areas,put forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures,increase investment in medical and health services,improve rural residents’awareness of health communication,and enhance health awareness.The model of health communication in rural areas should be optimized,and the channels of health communication should be expanded to make new type of media keep pace with traditional media.Health communication in rural areas should be based on the actual local situation of health communication in order to accurately distinguish the diversified information.The information from the network is complicated to distinguish.The regulatory authorities should pay more attention to spread positive and useful information.The opinion leaders in rural areas should improve the professional level of health communication in the interpersonal communication process.
