Low quality of rural health professionals and team development instability directly impact on the general medical care of rural residents. In order to achieve the goal of minor illness treat in the village health treatment and serious illness in the county hospital for treatment, to solve the difficult problem of rural residents, improve the health service equity, accessibility and availability of a number of rural training apply, to retain health professionals, and stability of rural health personnel is an important step of improvement the status of rural health services.
