Investigation And Analysis Of Influencing Factors On The Willingness Of "Internet + Nursing Service" In COPD Patients Undergoing Home Noninvasive Ventilation

Research Purpose:This study through the investigation of huzhou area home noninvasive ventilation in patients with COPD line "Internet + care services" the willingness of the status quo,explore the influencing factors,and put forward to promote home noninvasive ventilation in patients with COPD line selection "Internet + care services" the opinion and the suggestion,for the government and the relevant medical departments provide reference for promote the development of Internet medical care policy.Research Methods:The convenience sampling method was used to select the family patients with noninvasive ventilation in Huzhou area who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria for COPD as the research subjects.A self-made questionnaire on "Internet + nursing service" willingness of COPD patients undergoing home noninvasive ventilation was used to investigate the general information and "Internet + nursing service" willingness of COPD patients undergoing home noninvasive ventilation.SPSS22.0 was used for data analysis.Descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on the general data of patients,and univariate analysis and multi-classification Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the factors influencing the willingness of COPD patients receiving home noninvasive ventilation to "Internet + nursing service".Research Results:1.A total of 200 questionnaires were issued,and 192 valid questionnaires were returned,with an effective rate of 96%.2.Among the survey subjects,there are 132 males and 60 males;the majority are older than61 years old,accounting for 83.33% of the total;94.79% of the patients are married,but 29.17%of the patients are widowed or separated;the vast majority The educational background of patients is at junior high school or below,accounting for about 70.83%;their residences are mainly concentrated in the districts of Huzhou City and counties within their jurisdiction.42.17% of households have monthly incomes of 3001-5000 yuan,and 39.06% of patients have monthly household incomes of less than 3000 yuan.In terms of medical insurance types,57.29% of them are new rural cooperative medical insurance.3.50.52% of patients agreed or strongly agreed to choose "Internet + Nursing Service",31.77% of patients were unsure whether they would like to choose "Internet + Nursing Service",and 17.71% of patients disagreed or strongly disagree with "Internet + Nursing Service".Nursing Services".4.Univariate analysis showed that there were differences in the willingness of COPD patients to use "Internet + nursing service" between education level,family monthly income,type of medical insurance,long-term residence and family non-invasive ventilation patients(P<0.05).5.In the multi-classification Logistic analysis,10 variables,such as patients’ age,gender,ability to save time and cost,preference for home nursing environment,attitude of doctors and nurses,attitude of family members,awareness of policies,out-of-pocket expenses,availability of specific service items suitable for them,and personal self-care ability,were entered into the regression equation.Including age,gender,out-of-pocket expenses,personal ability to care for and "Internet + nursing service" will show negative correlation(P<0.05),the popularity,the policy can save time cost,like home care environment,the attitude of doctors and nurses,family attitude,for their own specific services and "Internet + care services" intention relations were positively correlated(P<0.05).Research Conclusion:1.The willingness of "Internet + nursing service" for COPD patients who have performed family non-invasive ventilation in Huzhou area is acceptable,but has not yet reached a high level.2.Home noninvasive ventilation in patients with COPD line "Internet + nursing service" is influenced by many factors,age,gender,can save time cost,like the care of the environment that occupy the home,family attitude,the attitude of doctors and nurses,the popularity,policy "Internet + care services" can provide for their own specific services,out-of-pocket expenses,personal self-care ability is the main influence factors.Men are more likely to opt for "Internet plus care services".Age is smaller,the worse of independence,family and doctors and nurses to "Internet + care" attitude more positive,choose to use "Internet + care services" the stronger the will,the more care of the environment that occupy the home,the more think "Internet + care services" to save the current hospital time,"Internet + care services" to provide care services more close to the individual needs,the less out-of-pocket expenses,choose to use "Internet + care services" the stronger the will.The higher the policy awareness,the lower the probability that patients will not agree to choose "Internet + Nursing Service".3.Promote the "Internet + nursing service" for COPD patients with non-invasive ventilation at home from the following aspects:pay attention to the "Internet + nursing service" policy,platform and system promotion,and clarify the reimbursement of specific items of "Internet +nursing service" Standards,advance the development process of mobile medical care,strengthen the construction of "Internet + nursing service" talents,and accurately meet the needs of patient care services based on "problems and needs".
