| Research Purpose:The study aims to investigate the role of motor training combined with cognitive training in the early rehabilitation of limb motor function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. At the same time, the effect of this training on the ability to perform activities of daily living, the length of hospitalization, and post-discharge exercise compliance in patients with cerebral hemorrhage was also investigated,to provide guidance and basis for future clinical rehabilitation nursing practice.Research Methods:Based on literature research and expert consultation, and combining the actual movement of patients with cerebral hemorrhage, resulting in a cognitive integrated exercise training program.Seventy-six patients with neurosurgical cerebral hemorrhage admitted to a hospital in Huzhou City from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected. The study subjects were divided into control group and experimental group according to the randomized group formed by SPSS,38 cases in each of the two groups. The control group implemented conventional physical rehabilitation care, the test group added cognitive training to the control group, intervention started 24 h after onset of disease, duration 2 weeks,1 time/day,45 minutes/time.General information, limb motor function scores, activities of daily living scores, hospitalization period and exercise compliance scores were collected from patients. The data were entered into SPSS23.0 for statistical analysis, and P<0.05 indicated statistical significance.Research Results:At the end of the study,a total of 73 patients completed the collection of all data, missed visits 3 cases. The results of the comparison between the two groups after two weeks of intervention are as follows:(1)Motor function of limbs: Both study groups showed significant differences in FMA scores and grades. The FMA of the test group significantly improved to 72.19±8.29 points,FMA improved to 66.11±11.71 points in the control group;Limb motor dysfunction can be classified from grade I to grade IV from severe to mild, the percentage of limb motor function grade I in the test group was less than that in the control group, the percentage of people with grade II and grade III was higher than the control group(Test group Grade I 0.0%,Grade II 94.6%,Grade III 5.4%;Control group Grade I 13.9%,Grade II 86.1%,Grade III 0.0%).(2)Ability to perform activities of daily living: Both study groups showed significant differences in MBI scores and grades. The test group significantly improved to 70.03±17.61 points, the control group improved to 60.03±20.14 points. The percentage of people who were significantly dependent and needed help with daily living was lower in the test group than in the control group, the percentage of people who were basically self-care was higher than the control group(The test group was significantly dependent 8.1%,needed help 18.9%,and basically self-care 73.0%;Control group was significantly dependent 27.8%,needed help 25.0%,and basically self-care 47.2%).(3)Hospitalization cycle status: The total number of days of hospitalization for patients in the test group was less than that of patients in the control group(15.84±2.14 days in the test group;17.97±3.10 days in the control group).(4)Exercise adherence: The total exercise adherence score of patients in the test group was higher than that of patients in the control group 2 weeks after discharge(Test group 40.16±2.19points;control group 36.25±1.52 points).Patients in the test group had a higher rate of exercise adherence than those in the control group(71.72±3.92% in the test group;64.73±2.71% in the control group).Research Conclusion:Motor training combined with cognitive training is effective and safe and feasible when applied to the functional rehabilitation of limbs in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. The training can observably improve the patient’s limb motor function, improve the patient’s ability to perform activities of daily living, and can reduce the length of stay of patients, also appropriately improve patient compliance with exercise after discharge from the hospital,it is worth applying in the early rehabilitation care of cerebral hemorrhage. |
